Do not size down! For some reason the NB website suggests "most people go down 0.5 US sizes" but this is not true for me. I ordered my true size and half size down and went with my true size. I hate doing this as I hate tying up their inventory with a pair I know I'm going to return. Not sure how they get this data but I'd suggest getting your normal size!

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I'm so disappointed. The soles are great and plush but the leather on the top part of the shoe where your big toe bends is so stiff it gives my feet bruises everytime I wear them! I thought maybe they'd break in, but it's been almost 2 months of wearing periodically, trying to bend with my hands, and using a variety of tightness with the lases, and it's still the most painful experience trying to walk in these. I can barely last a few hours in them and then can't wear the next day because of how bruised my feet are afterwards. I wish I knew this before I bought or I honestly wouldn't have gotten them. I don't understand how these are a basketball staple when I can barely even walk in them.

I absolutely love these trainers. I bought my usual size and they fit perfectly. I wore them the next day, all day and they were super comfy.

I have three pairs of new balances and these fit true to size. Some people say the shoe fits narrow, however I think if I went from a 7 to a 6.5, the toe box on the shoe would be too small. I have about 1"-1.5" of space to the top of the shoe. They are a heavier shoe, but they remind me a skater shoe with a thicker sole so that's expected. The materials look good and it's well constructed. I got them on sale as well which was a bonus.
I had been eyeing the specific color way in this shoe for months. I can never find my size (5W) so I couldn't believe my luck when I found these on sale IN MY SIZE. These are the most comfortable sneakers. I love them, and I will be buying more.
I heard this shoes were comfortable but I am glad that they actually are. None of my other shoes can make my feet feel nice after a very long walk. Plus they are super cute.
So comfortable!! They are true to size! They do not make your feet hurt at all!! They don’t crease and very easy to clean!
These shoes are very comfortable to wear all day at work and they are super sturdy. The only thing is they run a bit small and it was hard to find the right fit. I had to choose a pair that felt a bit roomy. But they have worked great for me so far.
I cannot say how well the shoes fit because they sent me two right shoes, both clearly worn, stretched out and in a smashed up box. ON hold for over 30 minutes to fix the problem and got hung up on. Had to go to the store and pay more to have them resend another pair.
Perfect fit, very comfortable and look very smart. I wore these to a posh restaurant with black jeans and a beige jacket and felt really good in these. This was my first wear and walked all round town in them with no issues, they were really comfortable and lovely quality.
