Inspired by Steve Jobs and his technical ingenuity, New Balance is brought back the »Made in USA« 992 silhouette last year - and not without reason! New Balance chairman Jim Davis has claimed that the original design concept actually came in a letter from Steve Jobs. He wrote to Davis because he was tired of wearing plain leather shoes and he wanted something »more sporty and hip«.
