I have several pairs of top end boots and have always had a high end leather cleat in my rotation. They are my go-to style. The 442 V2 Pro's have very nice leather with a solid stud platform, wrapped up in a light package. The comparable boots on the market are more than double the price.The only gripe I have is that I purchased a normal width pair and few they are still wider than most standard width boots.

The pro version (most expensive) is actually terrible. The grip on the heel actually just rips up my skin through my socks. The entire fit is actually strange compared to the same cleat in the midrange version. I got a pair of the middrange 442 and the fit was perfect and so was the heel area. I really wish I could still return these cleats or exchange for a different version I only wore them once, their basically still new :(

I gave these a shot because I read a few reviews of how nice the leather is for the price. After trying them on, I really don't believe they used any k-leather as it stiff and thin. It's not the kind of leather that I would expect to mold to feet very well, very plastic like. Pretty much every other k-leather boot on the market is better. For sizing, I'm a 12 on a brannock and 11.5 fit best in these, wide in the heel and narrow in the toe, sloppy fit. Good value for a youth players first pair of cleats but I wouldn't wear them in a competitive match.

My son has wide feet and NB shoes are the only ones that fit well and allow him to play comfortably. He's a competitive player, so good quality, good fitting cleats are essential. Had a bit of a scare when it became hard to find these wide versions, so now I am sure to buy a back up pair just in case. They might not be the flashiest (although the design has become cooler over the last few iterations according to my son), but they are the best fitting. We recommend them to anyone who wants a solid performing shoe.
My daughter has moderately wide feet. This is the only cleat we could find that comes in wide sizes. Every other cleat is super narrow these days and give her blisters. She loves these and says they are very comfortable! We've only had them for a few weeks so no comment on durability but they appear to be well made and I have high hopes. They do seem to run a bit small, we ran her up 1/2 size.
The upper of this cleat is an extremely comfortable leather that isn't too heavy or bulky. However, the cleat studs felt uneven, not allowing for a natural push/cuts along the ground. I think the middle stud should be lower (maybe a rectangular stud rather than a circle), and they need to add small studs by the big toe for extra traction. I'll gladly accept any royalty deal @NewBalance
This shoe was a third purchase after two returns of other new balance football boots. 13 wide was too small. However, 13.5 wide was a perfect fit for me. I don't normally wear wide shoes but it was necessary for these boots. My everyday shoes are wide toe box minimalist shoes in size 13. The half a size was perfect.On the pitch, the boots perform great. I would have preferred full leather boots but this synthetic material was good. It feels real good kicking, receiving, and passing. They are also really comfortable both sprinting and running. I'm really happy with these boots.
I got the 8.5 wide and it was a little bigger than I thought ( I have wide feet , but it is the length of the boots, I think I still have half inches space left from my toes to the tip of the shoe ) lucky I got insole to put on and it fits pretty good. I wear them 3 days a week (~2hr per section), two days on turf one day on flat ground. I notice some minor wearing on those studs after two weeks of playing. It is almost a month now and the cleats are still in good shape. Overall the cleats feel really comfy and reminds me of the adidas copa back in the old days
I have had 4 other pairs of cleats this season alone and these are by far the best. Great comfort out of the box and little no to break in period needed. Great for wider feet. My only complaint is that the upper to lower connection point is very susceptible to separation. Both pairs of these cleats have already started to separate near the toe area with about 4 hours of use.
My son has used this brand for a few years. Never any issues. Comfortable etc. this past season we have this version, he is playing Fr soccer and in one season with less than 15 game the sole is separating from the upper and the connection at the front. This is very disappointing. From what I read this is a problem for many customers. Maybe another brand for the spring. Disappointed
