These are my second pair of 480s and I'm in love. They are stylish and comfortable. My feet never hurt. I was worried this 480 was made of clothier material would effect the feel but it was no issue.

Super comfortable but damaged in the first week of wearing them. A small tear appeared just above the sole stitching near instep, then quickly spread with walking. Never had an experience like this with NB in the past. Less than two weeks old and one shoe is total garbage. Need to buy a new pair but will have to wait a few weeks until I can buy them. Huge bummer, but I’ll try the same pair again, most comfortable skate shoe I have worn in years.

Was a longtime SB head and the wife got me a pair of 480s on a whim and I haven’t stopped rocking them since. A lot more comfortable than I thought and the materials are top notch. I like them so much, it has me contemplating getting the cream Reynolds. Nothing but respect to the NB team on these!
Great looks, great fit, excellent quality. This is what I expect from New Balance. The ordering process was quick and easy. Arrived in good condition in about 4-5 days via normal ground transportation.
These are a perfect fit for me. I have pretty wide feet and narrowish heel. I love the fit. Nice skate/ everyday shoe. Looks ok but feels awesome. I wear them everyday and not much break in was needed. More New Balance will be on my feet in the near future! Thanks.
Was hoping for more a running type skateboard shoe. These are just as flat as etnies. Also not true to size. Your 8 is more like a 8.5. Bigger then all 8 size shoes I have tried. See how long they last.
I've been wearing a different brand for years. I wanted to try these out. My feet had been hurting wearing that other brands SBs. So I tried to switch it up and I couldn't be happier. These are a far superior product and now I'm looking forward to getting more pairs!
I ordered my shoe size and it is way too tight on the middle of my foot?? I don’t know why it fits that way because i have plenty of room it is just tight and I can’t even stretch them out. Sucks because they were cute and expensive for me.
I really wanted to love these. No place had them so I had to take a chance and order them from the site. Got them laced up and on. Within the first 30 minutes my feet were killing me. So bad that I had to take them off. They are very narrow for a skate shoe. I tried them for a few days just trying to ride them out. They hurt really bad. Got some softer insoles because the stock ones are thin and not very soft. It was better but still not working for me. The design of the shoe is incredible but they just don't work for my feet at all. Not sure if it is the narrowness of the shoe but they have this weird side to side swoop that goes from inside to outside and that's what really killed it for me.
