Cute and Comfy
The 574 New Balance is my favorite model since it has a wide toe box and thick soles. I got the green and yellow colorway and they are a fresh pop of color on my outfits. This model is my go-to when I'm out for a walk or running errands. I never had any issues with quality of the shoes. They're stylish, functional, and comfortable.... Show more

Digging into heel
While there is much to like about these shoes (width, support/cushion, style), the top edge digs into the back of my heel. I tried to push through it to break them in, but the shoes said, “Nope.” So I will have to give them away. For those who will purchase anyway: I’m typically 9.5 in sneakers, 9 in pumps and sandals. Bought a 9.5 in these and fit was fine.... Show more

Hi:)
I bought this for mom who decided to go back to work as a caregiver at her ripe age of 72! Lol Funny, but not really! Anyhow, she absolutely loved these. They’re wide in the front which her stabilize her 7.5 C foot. She’s on her feet for 8 hours and they’ve been amazing. Even her residents loved her new shoes <3 =‘).... Show more

Looks super cheap
Really disappointed in the construction of this shoe. The tongue looks like it has unfinished edges and it looks extremely cheap and stupid. You can see the yellow foam inside the tongue. It’s disappointing to pay $90 for sneakers and receive something that looks unfinished. The rest of the shoe was cute but the tongue literally ruined the whole look so unfortunately I am returning them... Show more

Olivine/dark stone 527 New Balance sneakers
The shoes are a marvelous color, olivine/dark stone; they are light weight and comfortable. This is my first pair of New Balance shoes and I’m very pleased with this purchase. I placed an order online and picked them up at Nordstrom Rack nearby. I LOVE these shoes.... Show more

Perfect Everyday Sneakers!
These NB 574's are exactly what I was looking for. Classic everyday sneakers with a touch of retro. I wear an 8M in every shoe except tennis shoes, so ordered my usual 8 1/2M in tennis shoes and they were way too big. The 8M fit much better, but my toes are pretty close to the end of the shoe (width is spot on though) - Not uncomfortable though and don't mind since I won't be working out in them. Highly recommend!... Show more

So comfy! But tongue is bare. :/
I love the New Balance 574s! They have an impressive amount of support and ring true to the vintage, classic styles of NB sneakers. I took off one star because the shoe tongue is not fully covered with fabric, and although I didn’t notice it at first, it does show this in the photos. To me, it looks like bare furniture cushions and I’m just not a fan. Still a great shoe though and what’s good is other 574s have the tongue fully covered. :)... Show more

super cute, just too small
I normally wear a size 10 and I ordered a 10.5 to have extra room for a long trip I have coming up, in case my feet swell. The larger size shoe was too small. Such a bummer. The toe area is a square shape, resulting in my big toe hitting the front. This doesn’t happen with other brands.... Show more

Tongue has exposed foam
Color Combo Magnet/ Vintage Indigo: I LOVE this color combo but not a fan of the unfinished/exposed foam on the tongue... they don't have my size in other colors so... not sure if I will keep them. I think this will not wear well and doesn't look finished. The tongue material is pilling at the edge, straight out of the box... pulling on this open seam over time...? buyer beware - some of the color combinations have an unfinished/exposed foam tongue. I'd recommend buying only the color combos that have a sewn/finished tongue.... Show more

Won't last to the finish line
While the look is very cute, the unfinished tongue with the interior yellow foam showing is not. At $90, I'm not expecting the highest quality materials, but I do expect the shoes to look completely finished. In terms of comfort, the sole is very stiff and has little to no give which is disappointing as they're lightweight and I hoped they'd be my everyday shoe. Unfortunately, with the unfinished look I would not recommend these shoes.... Show more
