Very disappointed in this purchase. Not comfortable. The lining inside the back of the shoe will not stay up. Its almost like a cheap foam that keeps collapsing.

I love these running shoes! I run about 25-30 miles a week and these were so comfortable the first time I wore them. I definitely will buy several more pairs.

I understand right now you are having trouble getting New Balance. I'm hoping this problem will not last much longer. I was looking for a good walking shoe. I think they are in the 500 series. I hope you will be getting more of these in soon.
I really liked the NB 520s I got, they are light weight and perfect for me to add the special insole I need. I was very pleased with my purchase and the service. I almost didn't order because of many bad reviews I read about people not getting the right shoes or even getting their order at all, but I'm happy to say I had no problems and got my order like 2 days after my purchase.
I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes from your store and they must have been mis-labeled because I normally wear a 9 but since it's getting closer to winter and I usually wear thicker socks then I ordered a half size bigger. I tried to put them on and even without socks I couldn't get my foot in it at all. I was very disappointed.
These sneakers are so comfortable the only thing I thought they were black it a dark blue other than that comfy and nice I ordered 2 other pairs very satisfied

The color of the shoes is perfect and the cushion is great too. Unfortunately they are incredibly narrow. So narrow, that even though I have them laced loose (barely enough lace left to tie - almost like they are a child's lace) they make my feet go numb within a few minutes. The sizing of the foam New Balance shoes has been incredibly inconsistent. I'll be donating these.What a bummer.
