Comfort NB
Arrived fast. I have a large shoe size and this shoe makes my foot look small.:) Comfortable all day...soft foot bed. Size 12 fits well and for the most part stays tied all day. Though shoe strings are long, so I need to tie and make sure laces do not overhang otherwise I step on shoelace and then comes undone :(. Not slip resistant or water proof but for the money not bad from NB shoes. Package came with WRONG return label...issued to someone else so if I needed a return it would have been a issue.... High Expectations led to disappointment
New Balance are allegedly one of the best trainer manufacturers on the market. Their prices reflect that. I certainly always believed that. Until I purchased these trainers. After extensive research on what trainers to buy for my work, which involves standing for a long time and 14 hour shifts, I decided to buy these. Worst purchase ever.To quote "New Balance Response 1.0 performance insert for additional padding and supportFresh Foam midsole provides lightweight cushioning"These trainers offer no support. They certainly dont have arch support. They look cheap. The laces arent much better. Very thin. Dont feel rebust enough to tie tightly.I will never buy New Balance trainers again... Show more

Inconsistent
I bought these in "light blue" and "red", but that is not a true description of what colors they are. "Light Blue" is really a seafoam green. I do not see any bit of blue or even aqua tint to them. "Red" is really orange with fuchsia highlights. I also sized up one whole size, as they do not come in wide. I would say the medium width is accurate. The larger shoe was a good choice, as they seem to run a bit small, and they do not slip. The footbeds are different in each color. The orange shoes felt lumpy and the freshfoam edges around my foot were uneven (I returned them.) The green sneakers are very comfortable with no lumps or uneven spots in the soles. Both are made of mesh, and the shoes are light weight. I like New Balance, so I was pleased that the green color ... I feel the inconsistency in color and fit/feel may make it a bit frustrating to find your perfect pair, but overall, this is a good shoe. I did not purchase them for running, however, as my primary exercise is walking.... Show more

Love these shoes
I bought these last week and they are now my favorite shoe to wear. I did go up a half size as they seem to be just a slight small. Usually I’m a 6 but got the 6.5. Perfect !Comfortable and the turquoise is so pretty. Wear it with my white short set and my teal Lululemon bag. Perfect casual outfit and looks great. Buying the red today. Love these shoes !... Low Toe Volume, Neon Color
I was really excited to purchase a red version of a New Balance sneaker. Boy, was I surprised when I received a neon orange sneaker. The color was a bit too much. Once I tried the sneaker on, I knew that I would need to return it. This sneaker has very low toe volume. My big toes would work their way out of this shoe pretty quickly. The quality is good for New Balance. Between the color and the low toe volume, I had to return.... Show more

Needs Reinforcing
I got the lilac, loved the color & it was comfortable. I usually wear 9.5 wide, but ordered 10 wide and it fit perfectly. But when I went to adjust the shoelace near the toebox, the shoelace ripped through the hole. It ripped so easily that it shocked me. If you see the pic of the shoe, all holes look reinforced except for the two closest to the toebox. I dont know if it was just a fluke, but I don't think I'll try this style again. Really sad about it-I loved the shoe.... Show more

New Balance does not disappoint
Shoes are lightweight and comfortable. I sized up to accommodate hot summer pavement and that allowed me to buy a medium width instead of wide. The gray color is very subtle, but is a neutral alternative to white. The heel is great, slightly shifts my weight to the rear and takes pressure off my heels. Laces are a bit too long but that is better than if they were too short! I really love these sneakers.... Show more

Not what I wanted!
The real reason I got these shoes is because I was in need of red shoes. These are listed as electric red. What it should say is coral. There is nothing red about the shoes. Comfy, sure, good shoes, sure.but I have 50 pairs of good and comfy shoes, most of them new balance. I was just disappointed because of the color! But when that the only reason I bought them, it's a big deal!... Show more

Too Wide and shoes were ot the same
Ordered on line due to not being able to find my size locally. I have always worn 10.5 wide in NB. These were way too wide. One was wider than the other. Ordered another color in the same style, same size, they fit correctly, however, one of the shoes had a longer tongue than the other that hit the place where my leg and foot intersect. Did you get these out of return bin and ship to me? Both were immediately returned.... Show more

Very comfortable, wore out quickly
I am giving these shoes a 3 because they have a few nice features about them, but a few not so nice either. They are very comfortable for starters, but yes the laces are very cheaply made. And although they are comfortable I wore them to work for like 3 weeks ( 3 12h shifts a week) and the support/sole of the shoes have worn down so much in only3 weeks that they are starting to hurt my feet terribly again. The once very bouncy and reactive soles of the shoes now are majorly worn down and have lost all their bounce! But I decided to give it 3 stars because maybe they would be better to use for something other than work where I’m standing on my feet all night.... Show more
