I am really glad I tried New Chapter - Perfect Hair, Skin & Nails supplement. This seems like a good, high quality supplement with good ingredients. The capsules seemed a little bit large when I first opened the bottle but they are easy to swallow. I have not felt any kind of stomach upset or discomfort after taking these pills like I sometimes get from other supplements. I like the ingredients included in this supplement. I will be purchasing more of this product on a regular basis.

I am really glad I tried New Chapter - Perfect Hair, Skin & Nails supplement. This seems like a good, high quality supplement with good ingredients. I feel like it's difficult to review a pill like this after such a short time because you need time to see the change or improvement to the condition of your hair, skin, and nails. I have taken a few Biotin and similar supplements in the past and have usually had my skin break out right after, so one thing that I can say for sure after a few weeks of using daily is that I have not had any issues with the pill causing me to break out or causing any stomach issues that other pills have caused me in the past.I do feel that my nails have been growing out more strongly, my skin has been clearer lately, it's hard to say with my hair since it was already long - but no complaints. My nails always grow fast, but alas, not my hair. I usually avoid Biotin because it gives me a headache. I’ve been experiencing hormone and age related hairline recession and went ahead and tried this brand because it said it has absorption ingredients. IT WORKED! I’m glad I took the chance because I had no headaches AND my hair grew thicker and longer than I expected. My nails were long as usual, but stronger. I’ve since set up a subscription. I can’t recommend enough!
I wasn't sure if it was working after 1 bottle. I ordered a second thinking hair takes a while for results. I'm so glad I did. I'm going past 2 months on a haircut and my hair looks like it was freshly cut still. It's like a miracle because my hair was splitting and always looked frayed and thin. I'm hopeful now that it will grow longer since it's not splitting. I'm also seeing much less shedding when blowdrying or combing. Very impressed and am continuing with the supplement.
