My wife bought this hat for me for my birthday, noticed that it was very dusty and the back seemed to be a little stretched out. The team members, when questioned about it said there was no problem. Once I opened my gift, and took the stickers off you can see the difference in the hat right away and that it was dusty all over. The back felt stretched out, and I noticed both of these issues without my wife telling me. We returned the hat and ordered one online.

The cap was purchased in a small size and I want to exchange it and since it is from a company indirectly from Amazon, its return or exchange is a process. Amazon should solve the problem since it is their purchase page where it was made. but they want you to take care of an entire cumbersome process with a third party
