After 6 yers of faithful service my old printer finally gave up so I bought what I thought would be it's equivalent - what a mistake. To print a document you may be lucky and it prints straight off, otherwise you may have to wait while it wakes up, which can take forever or worse case you have to save the document then use the printer menu to find the document and print it. I'm sure the company thinks this is the way to go but I really upset my old Brother gave up.

I needed a small laser printer that connected reliably via WiFi, this printer is perfect. It goes into a deep sleep when not required but prints a document for me almost immediately. I'm very happy with it.

Easy to set up and works well so far. I am not a big user of print, so unable to say how it copes with large volumes. No idea how long the toner will last, but much better than inkjet cartridges. Good for simple home use. Black and white only, so wouldn't suit those interested in photos, coloured projects, etc.
