It was so easy to set up, I did it all myself aside from having my best friend help assemble the frame it was going to rest on.The only real issues I have with it (and one is personal, not technically indicative of anything wrong with the product), is that it tends to stay sunken after laying/resting on it for a few minutes longer than I'd expect from its firmness but it DOES bounce back to its usual shape either way, and I have to constantly push it back against my wall because it slides away from it on the bedframe and my pillows fall behind it (this is likely more of an issue with the bed frame I bought for it and not the bed, since it's a "rest on top" style and not a "slotted" fit.All in all, if you're struggling to find a mattress worth buying that isn't going to gouge your bank account, whether it's for a guest room or your own personal bed, I highly recommend this brand and product.It's hard to trust reviews sometimes these days, but I promise this is coming completely from the heart. I have yet to regret this purchase and I hope I never will!

Purchased first one, love it. Purchased a second one. These beds are better than my $2800.00 cali king memory foam. I've had these beds for along time now. I can't explain the sleep they give you, you just go to sleep comfortably and wake up with no aches or pains. These Newentor beds are built for every inch of your body's curve. The memory foam has not even made a dent. I see post about fiberglass particles, I have not had no issue I thinks that's not true at all. Both these beds were for my teenagers who are now adults and they love their beds I got XL twin so there fine, the bed still has brand new appearance like when it was bought. I never purchased a mattress without testing it first, but decided to try this one during Newentor Prime day. I like the hybrids because you don't sink into the mattress like the all-foam ones...these give more resistance but still have the benefits of memory foam. The mattress is very comfortable, with medium support...not too soft, not too firm. It does not seem to be hot when sleeping on it. There was a slight odor at first but that dissipated quickly. Zero odor after a couple of days. I got the recommended full cover (to guard against the fiberglass issue that some people had) and then put a traditional mattress pad over it. I've taken off both covers multiple times and have no fiberglass issue at all. I would recommend this mattress. Extra benefit...you can fit ... The mattress is really nice, overall, especially with a pillow mattress topper. When I got it I let it air out for about 10 hours before hopping on and it had completely risen. The Latex foam hybrids are slightly firmer than the Memory foam hybrids.Newentor included setup and removal of the old mattress, but honestly, such service isn't really necessary. These Newentor mattresses are so easy to setup, you just open the box and let it plump up naturally.A few years ago, Walmart had something called the Newentor "Prime", which featured both Latex and Memory layers in addition to the springs (it was 13" instead of 10" or 12"). Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be available nowadays.Edit: 1 month update...Omg, I sleep so much better now! I feel fully rested in the morning and find myself taking afternoon naps more often just because it's so comfortable.I also noticed that I'm sleeping more on my back with this mattress (less tossing and turning). Sleeping on my side is still very comfortable though despite some slight hip sinking. I am ~170lbs & 5'10" btw. And for a memory foam topped mattress, it doesn't run as hot as I expected it to; warm perhaps, but not hot. In fact, I've been sleeping with 3 blankets/layers.
This is a surprisingly comfortable mattress for the price. It was delivered yesterday and after opening if filed out very quickly (definitely have it in position before puncturing the wrapping!). There was a slight chemical smell, but it dissipated after about three hours with my bedroom window open. The bed is very comfortable and feels quite plush despite being a ''firmer'' mattress which I actually love. I was planning on buying a foam mattress topper but am glad I held off because I don''t actually need it with this mattress. Overall, if you''re on the fence about buying this mattress, I definitely recommend it. I feel like for the price. The quality that you get is really good. I can''t speak to the long term durability, but it appears to be very well-made.
