Looks great but first two clocks didn't work - as in you couldn't the time or date etc. Third time lucky but after two months stopped working and now can't set the time. Plainly an issue.

Loved the retro vibe of this, but no use for me. Wanted it on my bedside table, using batteries the display is only visible if you hit the illumination button. Didn't even bother with the cable as it wasn't long enough to reach my electrical outlet, but in theory the display would stay on. However, if it's the same brightness as it was with batteries then it would be very bright. Didn't check if you can dim it. Sadly, when illuminated the light shines right through the casing, makes it look and feel very cheap. Am returning as it just doesn't work for me.

I seemed to be looking for a needle in a haystack but this alarm clock is exactly what I was after. Plugs in so doesn't just rely on batteries, easy to read even on the lowest brightness setting in daylight, easy to set the alarm, looks good.
A nice cute little orange digital clock that serves its purpose and a great finishing touch to the TV wall unit.This clock came with two options, battery or usb wired operated. Fortunately I have a spare plug point near the position of the clock so I took advantage of the "Night/Day" display feature. (Bright during daylight hours and dim during late night hours) Excellent feature that avoids distraction when watching TV during late evenings.Another feature is room temperature display which im confident its just as accurate as our smart thermostat in the same room. (About 0.5c to 1.0c difference).Overall im very happy with this purchase and would consider buying another as a gift.
What a shame, it looks great but is not a functional battery operated clock. Batteries are really only there to maintain the time setting in event of a power cut. Even in normal daylight conditions the display is too faint to be seen without using the power supply. Very disappointing
Was expecting something a bit more robust, but looks good, does the job. Easy to change brightness settings while plugged in. Was very easy to set up. On the whole a little pricy for what it is. But overall happy.
Absolutely love this clock. A blast from the 1970s and such a great color. I loved that you can have a nighttime setting so the light on the clock dims. Definitely recommend!
