For those people that get cuts from sharp metal (screws with burrs etc) it is a god send. Just a little savlon before applying the tape (3 layers) and it heals in no time. Leave the dressing on until it basically falls away if need be. Better than band aids.

I have very sensitive skin. I had surgery a few years ago and they covered the bandage with a paper like tape. When they went to change the dressing, my skin came up with the tape! The nurse switched to this tape and it didn't hurt my skin. I asked her what tape she used and bought some for my home first aid kit.

I have very sensitive skin and can't use most tapes, but this one does not give me a reaction. I can have it on my skin for days without issue. The tape sticks to dressings etc well, and then peels off easily without leaving a sticky residue.
