This is a very high-quality protein powder that mixes well even with plain water and actually tastes like a milkshake! I often mix this with oates and it doesn't clump at all. Takes the edge off if you need a sweet bite whilst training and following no-sugar meal plans. It tastes fantastic and has a smooth consistency. Love the vanilla too!
