I have had it slide once on carpet, but was able to fix that by attaching carpet pegs so that it would dig into the carpet, you can get the carpet pegs from a hardware store, you can get the Velcro type or the drill hole type, I got the Velcro type and they work well.I was able to mount the Logitech GT racing wheel, there were no drill hole on the wheel plate that matched any of the drill patterns on the wheel plate, but was able to use the standard clamp mount and that works well, the petal stand there were several mount holes that matched and was able to screw mount the petals. There is no cable management so I just taped the cables along the tubing following the center column down and then along the base to insure that the cables were not in the way and could not get pinched or sliced.For storage it folders up in less that 10 seconds and can the stored in a closet upright, but would not recommend that as there is no protection for the wheel or shift at all. It will not fit under a bed, it is best to store in a corner as I stated there is no protection for the wheel.Over all a good entry level gaming Racing Wheel Stand

Great wheel stand for people on a budget and limited space. It is heavy enough to be sturdy(don’t move around). It is easy to set up and have a lot of adjustments to suit different height. The pole between the leg is not ideal but you get use to it. If you don’t like having a pole between your legs, you might want to consider the wheel stand 2. However, it weighs 5kg more and not as compact when folded. You can add a racing chair to wheel stand lite if you want to later. All in all, a good stand for casual gamer. Serious sim racer should probably look elsewhere.

This was my first entry into Sim Racing so didn't want to spend too much initially. Did alot of research and it paid off. This is really solid and well made and stays extremely stable during play. The centre pole doesn't get in the way which was my one initial concern but my research paid off as the reviews agreed itt wasn't an issue. The great thing is you can add to this stand within the GT Lite system, so a racing seat will be my next purchase. I also ordered a LogiTech G29 Driving Force Racing Wheel and Pedals. Again researched heavily online on YouTube etc. Best budget wheel so don't spend the extra $$ for the updated model or similar priced wheels from other brands. The rubber on the bottom side of the feet are very adhesive to the ground. They are good at not letting your stand slide. But they also leave black marks on the ground when moving the stand. Other than that this a very good product. Can be improved but I still recommend.
New to the sim racing world and wanted a sturdy, yet portable sim racing mount. I use a Logitech G920 wheel and pedals and it fits great on this wheel stand. Love that you can easily fold down the vertical stand which makes storage very easy and convenient.Pros: Easy to put together, looks great, easy to mount the wheel. Good sturdy feel while driving.Cons: Vertical metal stand had a slight wobble against the base (where the stand folded). However, I was able to fix this by tightening the clamp, and now the problem has mostly gone away. Other than this, I've had no problems at all.
This is a great wheel stand for beginners who are not using a three pedal setup or a high torque wheel.Pros: Extremely stable for low torque wheels and two pedal setups.Cons: If you are using a three pedal setup, your leg will rub on the wheel post.If your wheel does over 4 Nm of torque, this wheel stand will wobble quite a bit and shake. No matter how much you tighten it, the single post setup does not handle jostling very well.
I love this stand for ease of use. It folds up for some wheels will be no problem. But for my wheel it doesn't fold all the way. The hand tightening for the wheel stand its self is plastic and i feel like i need to crank them down. Yet i dont want to crack one. Even cranked down it still wobbles when driving. Other than that the stand all around is a really good stand easy to setup and easy to move around if needed.
This is more than just a wheel stand. It supports your gear stick, hand brake and pedals as well. The wheel is fully height adjustable and the pedals slide back and forward and are also angle adjustable. Just use your lounge chair as your seat and your are in business. I mounted some small furniture castor wheel underneath so I can roll it where ever I want. It suits me far more than a full blown cockpit.
I've been using this for a few weeks now with my Xbox and an Ikea Poang chair (with an extra pillow), and it's working really well.If you look at it - you see that unlike other wheel stands it just has a single stalk which makes it look unstable, but I can tell you it's as solid as a rock (very heavy metal and very heavy baseplate), and the build means it's the most compact solution possible. You do need to carefully get 'into' it, as you'll be feeding your legs through carefully around the stalk (especially the gap between the gear shift and the stalk), but you get used to it.Assembly took 10min or less - very straightforward.

It comes double boxed which helps prevent any damage during shipment.It is EASY and QUICK to assemble. It includes all necessary hardware (quality hex socket head cap screws - NOT cheap, impossible-to-tighten Phillips head screws as often seen elsewhere) and ALL tools (!) needed to assemble (2 Allen/hex wrenches of different sizes/diameters and a full size, strong, chrome vanadium 13mm wrench) to tighten the bolts. It includes 4 thin velcro strips used for cable management. This is the only area leaving any room for improvement, such as the possible inclusion of cable trays or channels, but again, this is the 'lite' version, so one cannot expect too much in this area (see side-note below). The assembly instructions are adequate being primarily in English (other included languages).There has not been any observed any slippage of the stand on carpet. It has 4 circular metal skid pads on the frame, which can be removed. If there is any slippage on the carpet, removing these pads may help by allowing the frame to dig into the carpet a bit.*Cable Management Sidenote: The steering wheel stand is bolted to the vertical shaft and there is room to slip cables through at the top. If a hole is drilled on the top of the horizontal base frame where the vertical meets it at the latch and then another one or two drilled to allow exit of the cables on the sides of the base, all of the cables could be passed through the frame itself. This would result in a super-clean appearance, but of course, add another level of permanence to the installation having to leave all driving accessories attached during storage.It was used to mount a Logitech Driving Force G920 wheel (with triple pedal) and Logitech Driving Force shifter. All holes to mount the wheels, pedals, and shifter aligned perfectly (there are plenty of holes to accommodate other brands/styles of accessories). The Logitech wheel and shifter have 2 threaded sockets built-in for bolts each (along with the clamps on the front) and the pedal base can accommodate 6 bolts in the same manner. The stand provided 8 bolts, flat washers, and nuts. The nuts were not needed since as mentioned above, the Logitech gear has threaded sockets built-in. Since there are only 8 bolt sets included, only 4 were used for the pedals, which still worked perfectly.It also comes with a Next Level Racing neck lanyard.(This unit was price-matched by MC to GS which brought the price to $89.99.)Highest rating awarded for quality and value.
