great price for a product that works on curving them cravings...but causes nightmares or vivid dreamsremove before going to sleep.

Excellent for peace of mind

I have previously used the Nicobate patches before and have found they’re much more effective compared to others on the market. They certainly work well, by slowing down the cravings, these 2 weeks supply is equivalent to 1 packet of cigarettes these days anyway. So after a number of years I’m opting for a smoke free life without the expense.

Fantastic Product

This has definately helped me quit smoking. Not 1 cigarette touched in 5 weeks & going strong. I'm finished step 1 now & on step 2.

Great product

I'm only a couple of days in on the heaviest patch. I didn't believe in it at first but wow this really works. I feel that my body doesn't need the nicotine of smokes anymore but my mind tells me different ofcourse. Instead everytime my mind tells me I just chew gum or hard candy. This is gonna be an easy one to quit smoking!

The corners of patches tend to peel up tho. Bit apart from that an excellent support in quit smoking

My Future Looks Promising!

I bought this a year ago today and tailored the patch according to my needs. I used the 21mg patch for 7-weeks & avoided habits associated with smoking like coffee, alcohol, etc. I halved the left-over patches (10.5mg), continuing the program. By the 10th week of use, I’ve noticed that everything is just psychological (I was supposed to put one on me but, forgot & I met with friends in a BBQ; 3 of which were smokers & as I got whiffed of the smokes I just rubbed on the area where I placed the patch. When I got home, found the patch on the bed & I didn’t have one at all. As I’m a living proof & a Nicabate user, those 3-mates have also quit the habit and our future looks promising indeed!

Really works

8 days in and no smoking for 3 days, only found that the one patch fell off due to sweat. But they work a treat. They are a strong thick clear plastic and they don't make the area itch.

Went from having 35+ cigarettes a day to maybe 2 a day. 3 on a bad day.

Working for me.

These stick to my skin well, and distribute the nicotine evenly. Less weird side effects like I experienced trying other methods to quit. I am finding though that as the weather heats up, on the 35-40degree plus days, that I'm having to use surgical tape to help them stick. Also, if you have to take it off to shower they lose some effectiveness after, the tape helps with that too though as long as you're careful.
