In exchange for my honest review, #thisisbutterly sent me some #nicoretteca gum. I have been wanting to quit for awhile now, started smoking since I was 15 years old and quickly became addicted, but could never quite kick the habit. Nicorette gum is an aid and its supposed to make it easier for you to stick to your goal. It gradually reduces the amount of cigarettes you smoke and helps you fight the craving. So whenever I felt the urge, I tried to grab a piece to chew. Mine came in “Fresh Fruit" flavour. It wasn't very fruity, but it did have a burst of mint that never lost its strength. App & Gum review

I used the gum in conjunction with the nicorette app to support my “giving up smoking” journey.The app is brilliant in the fact that you can tailor it to fit your individual needs and how you choose to attempt to give up. I found good motivation was the fact that you could see each day how much money you was saving from not actually smoking! It’s actually quite shocking when you realise how much money you are actually wasting through purchasing cigarettes.I used the gum as instructed whenever I felt the urge to have a cigarette. Fresh tasting gums; fresh tasting mouth.

The nicorette icy white gum had a very nice minty fresh taste, although they shrink quite alot when first in your mouth. When you get chewing they don't break apart, they stay consistent. The nicotine starts to release quite quickly, but the taste is not too over powering. The mintiness is enough to prevent it coming through too strongly. Overall, they make you stop wanting a cigarette. Smoking with them or after using one makes the cigerette taste horrible; so the purpose of them works really well. I could very easily give up smoking by using nicorette gum. They are a fair price for the amount you get in a packet. I have recommended them to my blog page followers on facebook and also to my profile followers on facebook. Good for health and to pocket

I tried a Nicorette product for the first time, Gum Icy White, and I can say that I'm enjoying the result. Very good flavor, really inhibits that crazy urge to smoke. I'm honest to say that I haven't stopped smoking completely but this product is helping me to cut down on the amount of cigarettes I smoke daily which is good for my health and for the my money. I will continue using it and yes I intend to stop smoking. Excellent product!

Great taste and reduces craving

It was my first experience with nicotine gums and I must admit that the product is great. I love the taste and it is so handy especially when craving comes in the most unexpected situations. It release quickly, hold the taste for long time and keeps you going for quite some time. It is great for people that vape and need low lnicotine levels. The price is a bit put off but if you can get it with discount, it is definitely worth it.

More of a cool / icy mint flavor

I’ve been using Nicorette for many years now, and before the spearmint burst with a hint of chamomile came out, I always used to purchase “fresh mint”. I can say that this isn’t fresh mint. This tastes more like an “icy mint” flavor, or a “cool mint” flavor. That isn’t the only downside, but the taste only lasts for a brief amount of minutes as well. They definitely changed the fresh mint taste. I won’t be purchasing this flavor again. If you guys find a regular Nicorette l”spearmint” flavor, preferably without chamomile, I’ll buy forever. But I have no issues with the seller. It was shipped and delivered fast.

Nicorette Icy White 2mg 105 Pieces

This product is exactly what you need to stop your cravings for cigarettes, anyone looking for a way to quit smoking without the struggles associated with it - use this product!The icy white flavour was great also - especially if you are a previous menthol cigarette smoker (before the ban) like myself. I used a piece of gum every 2-3 hours and reduce my cigarette consumption from 10 a day to just 3 and now nothing!It eliminates the cravings in around 5 minutes once you have chewed the gum and placed it as appropriate. After that, you feel as satisfied as having had a cigarette!I honestly advise anyone who is looking to give up smoking to give this product a try - it is definitely worth it and I wholeheartedly will be using this product going forward.

Takes the edge off & helps loads

I remember years ago when these 1st came out & they took the edge off & stopped the craving, but that was only when you could muster up the courage to have one, as it tasted like you were chewing on an actual ashtray lol But nowwwww, it’s so so different! :D These taste actually minty fresh, once the flavour seems to die down (like any chewing gum does), but you need that ‘hit’, after chewing some more, the flavour gets mintier again & I can feel myself calming down lol If you are determined to quit smoking, I 100% recommend getting these. They last & they most definitely do help with the cravings. To anyone who needs it, good luck with quitting, you’ve totally got this! :) … Especially if you’ve got these :)

Worth a try

I couldn’t wait to try this product out , as my smoking is out of control! I have smoked for 35 years and gave up when I was pregnant, but the amount of smoking has increased. Make sure you read the instructions as you don’t chew the gum like normal chewing gum. You get a lot gum in the packet , so cheaper than buying cigarettes. You can only use a maximum of 15 a day. The gum. Ggum has a slight smoke taste , but I did miss holding a cigarette cigarette. It’s not had a great effect curbing my craving. C craving , but it’s worth a try and I will preserve.

excellent substitute for cigarettes

I smoked for 15 years years and tried to quit but nothing worked. When tried nicorette gum, I was skeptical but tried it and the flavored gums actually work. Regular nicotine gum is like chewing rubber but nicorette perfected a great product. It really works! Testes great and stops the carving.tastes
