I’ve used this nicorette spray several times when giving up smoking and I’ve found it does help get rid of craving cigarettes very quickly. The taste and sensation can take some getting used to and initially it will irritate my throat a bit. These side effects do disappear after a few days though and I’m able to use it without any issues. I find one spray is enough to get rid of a craving and it has helped me give up for a considerable amount of time. As I’m allergic to patches I am quite limited to what sort of nrt I can use and there’s no issues with the spray. It’s easy to carry around in my purse or pocket and will last a week or two. I recommend it.

However on first and second use following the tinsy winsy instructions on the packaging I thought it was horrendous. Everything mentioned in the video was not mentioned on the packaging or leaflet and that's where most will look first not a Google search; it will likely be the reason why many can't get along with it because the instructions are useless. 1 pump is enough and make sure you lift the tounge get very very close to the inside of the middle of your cheek and squirt. Keep your mouth open with tongue still lifted for a few seconds making sure you're breathing through your nose and don't swallow until the coast is clear. Voila! My Husband and I both tried this. He's a heavy smoker, me just weekends.At first we were feeling great and not interested in smoking at all, when the cravings started for my Husband he would take some Nicorette and although he wasn't as interested in cigarettes at first, over the next few days his own willpower diminished and he started reaching for them again.He felt z bit sicky at first and didn't smoke nearly as much but the mental habit still prevailed I'm afraid.Me too.I would destiny recommend this product if you're in the right mindset to definitely stop smoking. When I used for the first time I dint know what to expect. When I sprayed inside my mouth OMG the feeling was terrible like burning inside and I was coughing very badly. I was hoping that's next time it will be better and that with the time I will get used to it but unfortunately every time when I was using they spray the burning feeling and coughing was still coming. AMAZING product! After smoking over 30 years I started vaping as a way to quit cigarettes as I had tried everything.
