I received this product free from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. So I started vaping a little over 6 years ago and the first time I quit I stopped cold turkey and it worked for 2 years and I got hooked again. This last time I tried to quit, I went cold turkey again and I went 2 days before getting hooked so these were definitely a necessity. I like these patches because they help with cravings and give me more energy throughout the day since I’m hardly vaping. I like that you only apply it once every 24 hours so I don’t have to keep track of it every couple of hours. I’m gonna keep using them to see if they help me break my addiction for once and for all. I highly recommend if you’re someone who has trouble quitting nicotine.

As a smoker, there’s nothing I can’t stand more than the instant craving you can get for a cigarette. But sometimes, it’s just not in the right place or at the right time. I’m very self conscious about not wanting to smell like an ashtray in certain settings, especially while at work, and Nicorette white ice mint gum helps me maintain this extremely well! I started with the 4mg gum but quickly stepped down to the 2mg Cinnamon Surge because I found the other to be too powerful. Once I started this one (the 2mg gum) I realized this was going to be easier than I thought and I really wished I had tried this method sooner. I went from originally being a pack (or more) a day smoker, to about half a pack a day and now I'm down to about a pack a week - OR LESS! The cinnamon flavor of the gum tastes alright, comparable to other (non nicotine) cinnamon gums from the gas station. Must try

I have struggled with smoking cigarettes for many years. I was so happy to be able to put this product to the test and attempt to kick my habit once and for all. This Nicorette Gum is in discrete packaging, easy to open and travel with. The gum is small and coated with a small crunch and very minty taste. The flavor doesn't seem to last as long but no different than regular gum. I had a slight dry mouth the first couple times of use. Overall, I notice a difference within a weeks time. Less smoking for sure. I will be repurchasing in the future.

Successful quiter

Smoker for 30 years.Nicorette gum 4mg plus smoking for 1 week only in July 2021. Gradually stopped smoking over the 7 day period.After 1 week only no longer wanted cigarettes. I was then addicted to the Nicorette chewing gum for 1 year at 15 chewing gums per day. After 1 year I have gradually, through same system as stopping smoking, reduced the Nicorette chewing gums down to 3- 4 per day by including normal chewing gums during day. Do not want to smoke, have no craving for smoking. Will not smoke again. Plan to replace final few Nicorette chewing gums per day with Nicorette spray. This system has worked successfully for me.

Works great!

I recently tried the Nicorette Nicotine Gum White in ice mint and am very happy with them! The package the gum is in fits perfect in my bag or even pocket. The container pops open on the end making it easy to slide out a piece. It looks just like traditional gum making it discreet. The flavor is great and really tastes just like a regular piece of mint gum. I have been using this gum while quitting smoking and it works really well to take the edge off. I like that is holds its flavor for awhile. I will continue using the gum and would purchase in the future. I would definitely recommend.
