I didnt get to try this! I had already completely quit before I had received this. I decided my health was more important and just quit without any assistance. When I did get this I contacted Butterly and let them know I had quit and asked If I could send this back but they have a strict rule that items are not able to be sent back.My opinion about looking at this and the app and reading up about it, it does sound like this could be very effective. Especially because you can take this to work with you and just spray your mouth when needed. It is so innovative that Nicorette has made this wonderful device to help people quit smoking.
