These come off constantly no matter where you put them. Followed the instructions to the letter and every single patch has come off after a couple of hours. Not exactly great from what is supposed to be a 24 hour patch and the annoyance of constantly sorting them is the last thing you need when quitting. Will try the other brand.

Have been using these patches for several days. I place mine on my arm on the side above my bicep. Have had no issues with them staying where I place them so far. And are most definitely helping as I haven't lit up at all and I was until a few days ago a prolific smoker for decades.

I gave up smoking a month ago and used the 21mg patches for 3 weeks then going onto the 14mg patches. These are the only patches that have worked for me they stay on for 24 hours and dont cause any irritation on my skin or itching really recommend as they allowed me to quit smoking without the cravings so was one less thing to deal with when stopping smoking
This product is a monumental factor for anyone wishing to stop smoking. The patches have a much gentler adhesive than other brands. I have sensitive skin, other brands have caused rashes and irritation. The pricing is significantly cheaper than other brands as well. You can also purchase 28 day boxes, which is even greater value for money. I am now on step 2, well on my way to being nicotine free and a successful quitter! Giving up smoking is hard. Nicotinell patches are a great way to assist in the road ahead. Using the 21mg at the moment then down to 14mg and finally 7mg. No cravings whatsoever so yep stoked and am on my way to quitting for good.

I’ve tried various other brand patches over the years with the full intent of giving up smoking, after trying the nicotinell I found this brand to have the best staying on power. The strength not as effective though. Normally I’d start with a step 2 and proceed a few weeks longer before going down to step 1. I started with The 21mg as I really wanted to kick start my giving up smoking & the cravings, after persevering 8 weeks into it. I was still craving a cigarette which should’ve curbed by week 3
I haven't smoked or vaped in 3 months now. The patches adhere all day, and haven't given me any rashes or I'll feelings. If you are thinking of quiting, I'd advice buying patches and a packet of nicotine gum - and use both interchangeably as required. That way you have cravings of nicotine and mouth habit covered. Also, you can cut the 24mg patches in half as you ween down on the patches. Best of luck!
