I’m loving my Air Max 1 Essentials! They are so comfortable and stylish without being overly flashy. They are true to size and fit great straight out of the box, no need to be broken in. So far, I’ve been wearing these shoes to work where I’m on my feet most of the day, but I imagine they’d be great for light work outs or runs too. I work in high end sales and try to wear outfits that are comfertable and practical yet sophisticated, so these can definitely can be dressed up or down. I like wearing them with dresses and skirts to contrast the sportiness of the shoe. The mix of orange, grey, and white is unique yet neutral enough to allow for lots of different options when it comes to styling. Air Max 1 classic silhouette
I work retail and I stand and walk around for 7hr. I have 5 pairs of Air Max 1. Why? Because of Comfort/style/ and price. I could wear this all day for It is comfort. It easy to stand and walk around for long period of time. The silhouette is very versatile and goes well with jeans/joggers/ and shorts. Price is accessible for the premium materials of a classic Air Max 1. I dig the premium materials all the way from the upper to the outsole of the sneaker. Air Max 1 never disappoints. I was excited when I opened the box and saw a pair of air max in the box. It’s my favorite pair of shoes to wear. You can never go wrong with an air max shoe. The comfortable is the best as you can stand all day. The best feature I love about the shoe is the colorway. The bright oranges gives the shoe life. Perfect style for the spring summer. This shoe will be perfect for running errands or social events. The only thing I disliked about the shoe was I had to re-lace them as they were super tight the way they came already laces up. If you like your laces tight you will like them but if you want more of a relaxed lace fit you will need to re-lace.... Show more

Classic & Comfortable
These shoes are comfortable with a classic style. I’ve never actually owned a pair until now. I’m sitting here wondering what took me so long. The construction is spot on and looks durable. I really like the mix of materials which adds a nice touch of color to the shoes. And from what I can tell, these will provide me all day comfort on those days when I’ll be walking a lot. Wish I had these on my recent trip out of the country. I do wish the laces were a bit thicker, and it would’ve been great if they came with another set to add a nice small styling option. In the end, I will be looking into other colors in the near future.... Show more

Classic shoe with well-coordinated colorway to stand out
The Nike Air Max 1 is a timeless classic Nike shoe. The white/monarch/pure platinum/black colorway is sleek, stylish and warm. The shoe itself is very comfortable & versatile, quickly becoming a go-to shoe in my sneaker stable. The shoes looks great with both jeans/chinos and shorts. I've worn them to work for casual Fridays, following a round of golf to get out of spikes and even out to dinner with a more "dressy" shirt and dark jeans. The look of the shoe can also be quickly changed with lacing styles as well, this is quite honestly the most versatile sneaker I've worn in quite some time. The attention to detail in the design is also very noteworthy, the shoe shifts between leather, suede and mesh seamlessly and can be the statement piece of a good outfit.... Show more

Clean, comfortable, crisp
This style is not my typical go to but very glad I took the chance on these. Never had I got complements on my shoes outside of my wedding day but I kid you not day one I received two both from strangers. The look is classic and goes with so much, from short, pants, athletic looked and dressed up. The blue is a sharp look and not over the top, just enough to make you look down. An added bonus of the Nike Air Max 1 is the subtle height boost. It’s just enough to be natural and not get questioned about adding inserts. I have warn these to the gym, golfing, and to an after work event.The fit was spot on as it normally is with Nike for me. Fashionable and Great Quality Shoes
Upon first glance at these shoes, I noticed they are very well made. The suede and leather combination is such a good look! I also love that Nike found a way to make them lightweight. These shoes do fit true to size. However, since I have a slightly wider foot, they did feel a little tight at first, but with wear they began to fit better. I find myself grabbing this pair of shoes all the time for daily activities, whether it is running errands or walking around the park with my kids. I'm so glad that there are many colorway options to choose from as I'll be buying another pair in another color soon.... Show more

The colors were very reminiscent of the fall season, but also neutral enough to be worn year-round. I wore them casually, not during any workout, but they were comfortable enough to wear for hours, so they may be comfortable enough to wear during an evening neighborhood stroll. I am a big fan of this style of shoe and the color ways are endless! They can be worn with athleisure clothing as well as jeans, hoodies and button down shirts. I own several pairs of Air Maxes - 90s, 95s, 97s, Vapormaxes, 720s, etc… but sadly, I hadn’t encountered a pair of AM1s until these. And boy, have I been missing out.The color way is amazing, I literally have shirts and jackets in this exact shade of orangey-brown (monarch), so fitting these into my wardrobe was a breeze. But the comfort was out of this world. Some Nike shoes can be a bit narrow in the toe box, and although AM1s look it, they don’t feel it.My feet felt cushiony and supported for hours on end, and I had no issues with my toes even though I have a wide foot. I got a 7 in men’s since I wear an 8.5/9 in women’s, and the fit is perfect. Ladies, size down 1.5 for your idea fit.I loved these so much, I immediately got another pair. If that’s not ... Perfect casual sneaker
These are my favorite go to casual sneakers! I love the style, feel and fit! These shoes are so comfortable and look great with any outfit. I like wearing them on my way to the gym, running errands and out with family and friends. I always get compliments on them!The design is one of my favorites. I love the detail and placement of the nike logo on the tongue and side swoosh and air bladder. They are well made and have a leather and mesh fabric. The only thing I would change would be to have them be gortex, since it rains a lot here in Seattle and my dog has a habit of stepping on my feet. I will do my best to keep them clean.I highly recommend these shoes and feel they should he a staple in everyone's closet!... Show more
