The Nike Air Max 95 “Acg” references the bright colors associated with the technical outerwear in Nike’s All Conditions Gear line. Hardly the first Air Max 95 done up in an “Acg” inspired design, this Spring 2020 colorway repositions the retro performance shoe as an outdoor trail option, if only in spirit by way of its appealing mixture of colorful panels. A dark shade of yellow appears on the top of the shoe beginning on the tongue. This mustard-like shade extends to the mesh detailing near the eyelets and to the top wavy suede panel that appears on either side of the shoe. From there, a light-to-dark gradient arrangement of pink, black, and royal suede balances out the look. A small black embroidered Swoosh logo appears on the heel and a split white-and-pink Air Max logo dots the tongue. Nike adds a buttery pink leather overlay to the toe cap and a reflective blue panel to the throat. White laces are looped through a nylon quick-lace system with reflecting detailing. Underfoot, visible Air windows in the forefoot and heel are true to the original styling of the “Og” Air Max 95.
