The presto has always been one of the most comfortable and futuristic shoes available from Nike. The true all-black presto mid is a welcome addition to the collection. The
previous triple black still had a grey sole.

I ordered these shoes online, and was really excited for them to arrive. When they got here I was anxious as I had to size down by a half size since an 8.5 was not offered.
They ended up being a little snug, but I decided to give them a try. The zipper is a really nice touch for getting in and out of the shoes easier, and the overall style is very cool.
The shoes do not feel supportive, however, and don't feel like they have much substance to them. That's the main reason I didn't like them. I was looking for something with
more arch support in it, which these shoes do not have much of at all. I'd recommend them to someone as a casual shoe, nothing more.

Absolutely loved this shoe the first day I put it on! I'm a project superintendent and build homes in Bel-Air so it's important to me to have something highly functional, comfortable, stylish and simple to remove. Unfortunately, the durability is not what I'm used to with other Nike products that I own. I've been wearing them pretty much daily for the last 3 months and the soles on the toes have started to peel back. Normally this wouldn't bother me too much and I'd just start over with a different Nike shoe. But I really love this shoe and it checks a lot of the boxes off my list so It's frustrating when part of it starts to fall apart when the rest of it remains unbreakable. LOVE THE PRESTO
9 November 2016
I was looking for a utility shoe for the winter, something like a boot and tennis shoe combined. The Presto was absolutely perfect. Once I tried them on and walked around in them a bit I was totally sold -the Nike Air tech in these things really rocks, so comfortable I think I could hike for miles in them and not get tired. Very lightweight, water resistant and very aggressive soles made this the perfect shoe for my needs.... Show more

Not good
7 November 2016
Size runs large. Other than the cage, this shoe has no substance. Does not feel snug on the foot. Feels more like a raincoat wrapped around your foot. Does not feel snug on my foot. Shoe seems just as pointless as the mesh sock dart.... Show more

Phenomenal shoe!
28 October 2017
I have owned a pair of regular prestos before. And they are super comfortable. Ive always seen these online, and wanted to see and feel how durable they would be. Within 2 days I received the shoes. The material the shoes are made up of give this shoe its moneys worth! Upper sock lining isnt as thick as youd expect it, but it sure does keep the ankle/foot sturdy and a little warm! The water resistance of the shoe make this a perfect winter shoe. If it ever gets dirty in the slush or get salt on them. A quick warm water scrub will make this shoe look almost new again. The toe room is just perfect, not too tight and not too loose. Overall a perfect shoe!... Show more

Quality Issues
17 January 2017
I love the style of this shoe. I think it fits great and very comfortable. However, the quality of this shoe is horrible. After just a few weeks of wearing (sparingly) the sole became unglued at the tips of both shoes. I purchased the shoes from Amazon (new) and threw away the box so I could not return them.Nike, I love your shoes and your style but please use better glue and put the right amount to ensure the soles stay on for the life of the shoe. Maybe your workers need to be retrained.I've been using gorilla glue to stick the soles back on but after a few days they become unglued so I am constantly gluing them back on. Very frustrating.... Solid Product, Could Be Improved
23 January 2018
Bought these back in Oct/Nov and can honestly say these are a solid pair of Prestos. However these can be improved.I'll start with the pros of theses shoes:-Durable; I've worn these pretty much every day since I've got them and they're still in pristine shape. There are no rips or tears in the materials. Scuffing around the plastic parts are normal but its nothing too major (you can't keep a shoe looking brand new if you wear it often).-Comfortable; I'm a university student and I spend a lot of my time walking around campus, these are really comfortable and I can walk around in these all day long. Cushioning system in these are bouncy yet still responsive. I actually think these are more comfortable than Adidas Boost.-Traction; Great traction in dry and wet ... MoreBought these back in Oct/Nov and can honestly say these are a solid pair of Prestos. Cushioning system in these are bouncy yet still responsive. I actually think these are more comfortable than Adidas Boost.-Traction; Great traction in dry and wet weathers. I live in an area where we get a decent amount of snow and these fair pretty well in winter conditions. I still get a little slippage every now and then but that is due to the sizing issue.-Aesthetics; Really love the Bordeaux and Olive color but opted for the Black/Black. Goes well with what I wear (mainly joggers and tapered pants). The silhouette of the shoe is pretty slim so it works well with a tapered or jogger bottoms. If you're into techwear fashion then these will fit into that aesthetics really well. Great substitute for the Acronym versions (these have technical properties unlike the Acronym version). No real major cons of these shoes, but there are some areas that these Prestos can improve on:-Sizing; I'm a true size 9 and went with these in a size 9. Even with the zip closure and the bootie system in this shoe, I still have about half an inch of space between my toes and the end of the shoe. The extra space isn't too uncomfortable but I find that it affects traction in snowy conditions since the distribution of weight doesn't get transferred to the end of the shoe. My guess is that the sizing issue comes from the fact that Nike made these only in full size runs. Definitely a way to improve the sizing would be to introduce half sizes so the fit can be more accurate.Degree of Water Repellence; These do fine in light to moderate rain/snow but do not do well at all in heavy downpours. It's expected since these are not actually waterproof but only water repellent to a certain degree. I find that the upper half of the shoe and the sides do fine in heavier rainfall but the toe box area has the most issue. Reinforcement to the toe box area with extra padding or material would improve the water repellency.Overall, I love this shoe and I consider these one of my absolute favorites. I've worn them almost every single day and they've held up in every single weather condition (besides during heavy rain). 4/5 stars, would be 5/5 for me if the areas I pointed out could be improved on.... True cold-weather comfort
8 March 2018
I was hesitant to buy because of the previous reviews that it is not water/snow proof. But I still bought this because of the good low price and I like the the design. I use this as a work/everyday shoe where I have to walk more than a mile and its very comfortable, even in snowy conditions. Keeps your feet dry and warm even at sub zero temp. Very happy with this purchase.... Show more
