The Nike Air Trainer SC High “Abalone” is a spring-ready colorway of the multipurpose performance shoe made famous by Bo Jackson. While the “Abalone” is hardly an original makeup of the Air Trainer SC, the style retains many of the silhouette’s signature design traits, including dotted white leather on the toe and collar. The rest of the shoe takes a turn toward a more contemporary look, beginning with the iridescent leather Swoosh and Nike branding on the mid-panel and tongue, respectively. Teal accents on various points on the upper contrast the stark white base of the shoe. Thick rope laces cover the black neoprene tongue and green outline “Nike” branding marks the heel. A small visible Air cushioning bubble within the heel of the semi-translucent green and white rubber midsole completes the look.
