I have been obsessed with the full Pegasus line for years. They are specialized, lightweight, springy, comfortable for HOURS, good for the gym, long distance running, walking and just leisure. I have many colors, many versions and wear them pretty exclusively. Nike has made slight adjustments to this shoe over the years, which mostly have been beneficial. I miss the low profile tongue though. I wish they would bring it back to this shoe. Other than that - this is the BEST all around shoe on the market. I have run hundreds of miles in mine. No break in time. They do run a wee bit small though. I generally size up a half size. I have a high arch and instep. If you have flat feet, you might find them a bit awkward at first. I also have a normal to slightly narrow feet. So as the previous reviewer mentioned, these may not be right for you if you have a wide foot. If so, I'd look at the Infinity React line. They are more forgiving in the width but have the same spring and comfort.

I wear a size 7 in all nike shoes and these fit perfectly.One small drawback is the white sole; the dirt and creasing is a little bit more noticeable on them since it is white and it does have more cushion on the soles the creasing is more noticeable. The picture I took wearing them was about 4 months into wearing them every shift for work and they still look nice and are still comfortable to wear. These shoes are my regular work shoes now since they’re so much more comfortable than my previous pair of work shoes and I can definitely wear them literally all day long even when working a 16 hour shift my feet aren’t as sore.They look really nice on feet. Biggest downside is the white sole getting dirty and creased with increased wear but you need the thicker sole for the increased cushion and comfort. Overall a great shoe for running and walking around all day. Looks really nice and is an athletic looking shoe without being too bulky yet you still have comfort.

Great ankle support for running and good arch support. They are very cushioned and the cushion tapers as the shoe approaches the toes. This decline seems to propel you forward as you run. However they are not too cushioned, you still feel the firm support of the shoe. When walking or running you could wear these shoes for hours but just standing the decline of the sole could prove uncomfortable. The material is very breathable, great for warm days. The wide size option fits more like a regular but besides that they are relatively true to size - if you are in between sizes I would size down. The outsole of the shoe is very textured (makes me think of the tread on a tire) so they’re a little noisy when you run but nothing annoying and grip excellently. The Iris ... The Air Zoom Pegasus 39 in wide are so comfortable. They felt great out of the box and did not need to be broken in. I’ve been wearing them for long walks and jogs on paved surfaces and light trails. They provide ample support and the soles were grippy enough for rainy weather. While the traction is great, the sole design has areas where small rocks can get stuck. I prefer to use these shoes on paved surfaces as a result. I think a redesign of the sole would make this a great all-purpose running shoe. My favorite aspect of these shoes is how lightweight they are. Each step feels smooth and springy, and the mesh upper feels breathable. This is the most comfortable shoe I own and I have worn them every day since I got them! I’ll admit, I was a little nervous when I first got these, but they have exceeded all of my expectations! The fit is perfect. I wear a size 7 in most shoes and I would say this is very true to size. I have a wider foot and there is enough room that I don’t feel super constricted, but it’s not so much that it’s uncomfortable. The support it provides is amazing. At first, I thought it may be a little too much support, but within a few minutes of walking around, it felt like they were made for my feet! I never realized how bad my feet hurt until I tried the Womens Air Pegasus 39 Wide. I am a big walker, walking long distances almost every day. Prior to trying these shoes, I noticed my toes were really hurting. It wasn't until I switched my shoes to these Nike shoes that I realized my sore toes were due to my shoes. Wearing the Womens Air Pegasus 39 Wide, I feel like I'm walking on a cloud; the shoes are so comfortable! In just a couple of days, my toes felt MUCH improved! The shoes fit perfectly, and they had the perfect amount of cushioned support. I love the design and color of the shoe. I like how the background of the shoe is a subtle baby blue, with a pop of marigold yellow accent and a rust color Swoosh. I've worn the shoes for hours at a time, and the shoes ...
