Best Shoe On The Market - Period
I have been obsessed with the full Pegasus line for years. They are specialized, lightweight, springy, comfortable for HOURS, good for the gym, long distance running, walking and just leisure. I have many colors, many versions and wear them pretty exclusively. Nike has made slight adjustments to this shoe over the years, which mostly have been beneficial. I miss the low profile tongue though. I wish they would bring it back to this shoe. Other than that - this is the BEST all around shoe on the market. I have run hundreds of miles in mine. No break in time. They do run a wee bit small though. I generally size up a half size. I have a high arch and instep. If you have flat feet, you might find them a bit awkward at first. I also have a normal to slightly narrow feet. ... MoreI have been obsessed with the full Pegasus line for years. I also have a normal to slightly narrow feet. So as the previous reviewer mentioned, these may not be right for you if you have a wide foot. If so, I'd look at the Infinity React line. They are more forgiving in the width but have the same spring and comfort.... Show more

Classic styling with modern touches
The Pegasus 39 has been an incredible shoe across the board. Immediately upon putting it on they were very comfortable and felt like they were made for my feet. My feet and arches felt great even after a long day on my feet.Running in them felt effortless and the cushioning and support were well balanced for even long runs. In particular, the heel counter was the best support I’ve had in a long time. It was exactly the right balance of height to provide support without causing rubbing or irritation. And finally, the styling was appealing upon opening the box and I only liked them more with time. They had a classic appearance with clean lines but still looked modern and struck a perfect balance.Overall I highly recommend these shoes both for everyday activities ... Comfortable & reliable sneaker
These shoes feel nice and light on my feet with plenty of support. Sizing is true to size, not too snug and not loose.I wore these 5 days a week during my 2 hour HIIT and elliptical workouts and they were very comfortable through the entire workout. My workouts typically involve a lot of jumping and impact and these shoes have a lot of cushion. The knee and foot discomfort I experienced in my previous sneakers was significantly reduced when wearing these shoes.I also love the basic black and white colorway. It makes it easy to match with my outfits. These were my first pair of sneakers in the Pegasus line but I am definitely interested in trying more! Comfortable shoes
Overall these were really comfortable shoes. The color and style is really nice. I always love a good black and white shoe that goes with anything I’m wearing. They have a nice athletic look to them. I usually wear a lot of Nike free runs for workouts that are more of a barefoot feel and a lot slimmer with less bulk and cushion. These shoes are still slim and athletic looking but have more comfort and cushion.I used these shoes for workouts at the gym but primarily I used these for work. I’m a nurse and work 3-4 12.5 hour shifts a week. So comfortable shoes are a must for me. I will say compared to my previous work shoes my feet hurt a lot less by the end of the shift than previous so that was a huge plus for me. I wear a size 7 in all nike shoes and these fit ... I will say compared to my previous work shoes my feet hurt a lot less by the end of the shift than previous so that was a huge plus for me. I wear a size 7 in all nike shoes and these fit perfectly. One small drawback is the white sole; the dirt and creasing is a little bit more noticeable on them since it is white and it does have more cushion on the soles the creasing is more noticeable. The picture I took wearing them was about 4 months into wearing them every shift for work and they still look nice and are still comfortable to wear. These shoes are my regular work shoes now since they’re so much more comfortable than my previous pair of work shoes and I can definitely wear them literally all day long even when working a 16 hour shift my feet aren’t as sore. They look really nice on feet. Biggest downside is the white sole getting dirty and creased with increased wear but you need the thicker sole for the increased cushion and comfort. Overall a great shoe for running and walking around all day. Looks really nice and is an athletic looking shoe without being too bulky yet you still have comfort.... Show more

Great for running and walking!
Great ankle support for running and good arch support. They are very cushioned and the cushion tapers as the shoe approaches the toes. This decline seems to propel you forward as you run. However they are not too cushioned, you still feel the firm support of the shoe. When walking or running you could wear these shoes for hours but just standing the decline of the sole could prove uncomfortable. The material is very breathable, great for warm days. The wide size option fits more like a regular but besides that they are relatively true to size - if you are in between sizes I would size down. The outsole of the shoe is very textured (makes me think of the tread on a tire) so they’re a little noisy when you run but nothing annoying and grip excellently. The Iris ... The Iris Whisper color look white upon first glance but are really a nice grey color… I wish the bottom part of the shoe either matched the hot pink swoosh or was more of a contrasting color. There are yellow strings (they are much more technical and heavy duty than ‘strings’ sound) holding the laces to the shoe that compliment a yellow under the swoosh and I love these subtle touches!... Great shoe for running and running errands!
The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 39 has been a great shoe for my lifestyle. Not only are they comfortable for long walks, pushing a stroller, but also for running around town picking up groceries and other errands. The only minor issue that I have discovered with them is that the sole is higher, and it took a little bit of getting used to in the heel because it is squishier but once I adjusted they were great. They are super stylish with a little touch of flair with the animal print. So far they have remained the bright white color however, with spring on the horizon, they look to be durable enough to scrub the mud off the soles. They fit very true to size with a wide enough toe box and and a heel that is not too narrow. Like walking on clouds
This is my new go-to shoe! They’re versatile enough that I can wear them on my run and also for everyday errands. They fit very comfortably on the foot because of the structured rubber sole. My foot feels well supported and even though the heel is slightly lifted, it also doesn’t push your body forward, but rather holds you slightly back as to help with posture. The cushioning is my favorite part because it absorbs shock as I run, so it’s easier on my knees, shins and heels. I have worn them for a run on concrete and also a dirty trail and they were wonderful for both. It just makes my run more pleasant. The shoes were try to size for me, but feel very roomy in a good way and still cradle the soles of my feet. As a bonus, the toe of the shoe is made out of breathable mesh material which feels airy and dry, especially as feet get sweaty during a run.Overall, these shoes are lightweight and feel like you’re walking on clouds.I have the white ones so of course they’re bound to get dirty but I found that the dirt wipes off quite easily with a wet wipe!... Lots of support
These might be the most comfortable athletic shoes I've ever owned. They might look a bit "bulky" because of the design, but don't let that fool you. They are incredibly lightweight. This is not the kind of design I'd usually go for, but I have grown to enjoy it. I thought they were a bit bulky for my tiny feet, but they actually look good with yoga pants. The design makes it easy for me to wear no-show socks. I am not 100% sure about the off-white color. I think beige might have worked better with this color scheme, which, as a whole, I do enjoy: the yellow, the light coral, the light pink/beige sole. The wide shoes are wide indeed, maybe a little too wide for me, but wider is actually better for your feet. Those midfoot bands do add a lot of support. The ... Solid Choice!
First of all, the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 39 is an attractive shoe. It fits well, is very comfortable, durable, and lives up to the Nike brand. I love the fit and feel of the shoe and can easily wear it all day long comfortably. I wear a 7.5 in medium width and have high arches. Nike is so good about getting the arch support right without obtrusively noticeable “humps” on the footbed. They just seem to always have the right cushion to support my arches. Nothing is worse than having achy feet and the Air Zoom Pegasus 39 does not disappoint. This is an effective shoe for both ath-leisure cuteness as well as taking on a healthy run or long walk. With all of that being said, there is one thing I’d change. The material near my toes on top of the shoe bunches up/wrinkles ... MoreFirst of all, the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 39 is an attractive shoe. The material near my toes on top of the shoe bunches up/wrinkles when I walk. I’m not sure if it’s bc the toe box is big, if it’s designed that way, or if it’s the way I walk, but it’s just one of those things that bug me. All in all, I give the shoe a 4.5 stars.(the scale doesn’t have half stars so that’s why I’m saying this here). I’ll get a lot of use out of this style and urge you to try them for yourself.... The next pair of shoes you need to buy
I never realized how bad my feet hurt until I tried the Womens Air Pegasus 39 Wide. I am a big walker, walking long distances almost every day. Prior to trying these shoes, I noticed my toes were really hurting. It wasn't until I switched my shoes to these Nike shoes that I realized my sore toes were due to my shoes. Wearing the Womens Air Pegasus 39 Wide, I feel like I'm walking on a cloud; the shoes are so comfortable! In just a couple of days, my toes felt MUCH improved! The shoes fit perfectly, and they had the perfect amount of cushioned support. I love the design and color of the shoe. I like how the background of the shoe is a subtle baby blue, with a pop of marigold yellow accent and a rust color Swoosh. I've worn the shoes for hours at a time, and the shoes ...
