A Stylish Classic
The Nike Blazer is a true classic sneaker design that offers a stylish look, especially in this high top variant. The color on this shoe really pops. The blue suede material is really eye catching and garnishes many compliments from family members as well as strangers in grocery stores. This shoe fits pretty snug when going true to size. The padding on the tongue helps a bit as it doesn't feel like it's applying too much pressure on the front of the foot when tied up fully. This specific silhouette, as stylish as it is, is very annoying to lace up quickly. It takes a while to get my foot into each shoe and it's always a struggle to get my feet in. You could lace them lower and not use all the lace holes but it felt weird in practice and they felt a bit loose when I ... This specific silhouette, as stylish as it is, is very annoying to lace up quickly. It takes a while to get my foot into each shoe and it's always a struggle to get my feet in. You could lace them lower and not use all the lace holes but it felt weird in practice and they felt a bit loose when I wore them like that and the laces were longer so if they became undone, they'd be flopping around everywhere or I'd accidentally step on them and almost trip. Comfort wise, they're average. They don't provide anything substantial in terms of comfort since they're pretty much using what was originally used when these came out. They feel alright enough to wear a full day on feet, my feet did feel a bit sore after long sessions of wearing them but again, these shoes aren't really made for comfort, they're more for style points. If on future iterations they can somehow take a look at the comfort factor for these and use maybe zoom x foam in the midsole, then these would be a cheat code with style already going for it and it potentially being comfortable to wear for long stretches too. Overall, they're a great shoe that can match with a lot of outfit combos, they're definitely worth a buy and everyone should own at least one pair in any of their favorite colorways.... Show more

Blazer Mid ‘77
The Blazer Mid ‘77 is a dream!!! The hazy pastel blue and cream color combo puts a smile on my face. The shoe is primarily made of suede material and the tongue of the shoe is made of a cushion foam. While I am a personal fan of suede, it can easily get dirty and it’s a challenge to clean. You definitely have to use a protectant seal to keep the it looking new. The shoe is true to size and the height of it hits perfectly at my ankles. What I was not expecting is how stiff it was to wear them, even after wearing it for 6 hours. Just a very subtle detail, but I’m a fan of the exposed yellow foam on the sides of the tongue. I find it adds to the aesthetic of the overall shoe. Overall, one of my favorite pair of shoes of all time.... Show more

Blazers go with everything!
I love this shoe! The color is so pretty and goes with everything. A very durable shoe that can take a beating. I feel like I can wear them with jeans, joggers, shorts. Typically I am a size 6 in most shoes, so I do think these run a tad big. And having a smaller foot, the shoelaces are super long! There is quite a bit of effort to putting these on but everyone that's had Blazers know it's expected. I think there’s a good amount of support however, I don’t know that I could wear them all day unless they were broken in properly. But overall, you can’t go wrong with Nike Blazers. A staple in any shoe collection.... Show more

Comfy and Fashionable
The first day I wore these shoes to work, I got multiple compliments. They are definitely very stylish and would be easy to match with most casual outfits. I’m on my feet for quite a bit of the day and these shoes were comfortable and felt supportive. I frequently wear orthotics in my shoes and chose to forego them with these ones. I didn’t have any foot pain at the end of the day, which tells me they offer the arch support I need. I’m typically a 9.5 and got these shoes in that size. They are a slightly looser fit for me, but not enough that I would have gone down to a size 9 and not enough to impact their function. Overall, they’re super comfortable and stylish and will likely be in my regular rotation of shoes I wear to work.... Show more

Epic throwback Sneaker!
For those that love a classic sneaker and an epic throwback, these Nike Blazer Mid '77s are for you! I was immediately in-love when I opened the box and saw the beautiful periwinkle blue color and the design that takes me back to a different era. My only hesitation on the style is the exposed foam tongue, I can't help but feel it's unfinished. Either way, it won't stop me from sporting them pretty much anywhere, and with anything! They are comfortable for day to day activities, much like converse high-tops, but more durable and better made. Support wise they are just "ok" if you have high arches like I do, but this is on-par for any casual sneaker and as expected. Overall I am really happy with them!... Show more

Love these shoes!
As someone who wears almost exclusively athleisure, I wanted to step out of my comfort zone a little for a fun, different shoe and the Blazer Mid ‘77 did not disappoint! They are even more beautiful in person than they are in photos- the color is so rich and pretty- and I love the unique details throughout the shoes like the exposed foam on the tongue. I found these to be true to size with other Nike shoes I own and they are definitely comfortable enough to wear all day. The blue suede makes these feel current but they give me an overall retro vibe that I love. The only thing I would change about these shoes is the length of the laces. I prefer to leave a couple holes open at the top and found the laces to be really long, even when tied. Overall a huge hit for me ... Mixed Feelings
The Nike Blazer Mid ’77 is outside of my typical style, but I was excited to try something new. Unfortunately, I was left with mixed feelings. The mid top is uncomfortable and makes it difficult to slide the shoe on and off. I would prefer the low top version. The shoe runs big or closer to true size. For most Nike running shoes, I order a size up, but that was unnecessary for this style. As for the design, I love the soft suede, precise stitching, and classic Nike swoosh. The added logo on the heel is a nice touch. I appreciate the dedication to aesthetics; however, I was disappointed that the tongue padding is left exposed. It appears unfinished in contrast to the clean design. Overall, it is an attractive shoe but leans more towards style than comfort. Since I ... Since I have low arches, I tend to choose shoes with more support for long outings. But for quick errands or coffee with a friend, I like the idea of elevating a simple outfit with a unique pair of shoes. The lavender suede is a fun color and pairs well with jeans. The mid top style will take time to adjust, but it’s nice that low, mid, and high-top options are available. I take responsibility for the incorrect sizing, but I hope Nike will correct the unfinished tongue padding for future designs.... Show more

Not the right shoes for my foot shape
I have always loved the look of high-top sneakers like this, but after receiving these shoes as a gift from my boyfriend, I think it’s time to face the fact that my wider feet just aren’t meant to fit into the narrow shape that this style of shoe offers. My inner foot feels like it’s spilling out over the edge of the sole in the toe box, when I walk in them.Having said that, the constructing and materials of the shoe seem well made and cute! I love the color of the lilac suede. I’m not in love with the unfinished edge look of the tongue, but it’s mostly hidden when I wear them laced up.I’ll keep them for short outings where I want to look cute, but I don’t think I could wear them all day comfortably.... Super cute but runs a little small
I’m normally between a size 6.5-7 in Women’s and I found the 7 to be slightly on the small side. For that reason I don’t see myself walking around for an extended period of time in these shoes. They are great for casual everyday wear though. I love the style of this shoe! It’s cute and sporty at the same time, with a very classic and timeless look. The mid height is great; my joggers and leggings pair well with these. I like the embossed Nike logo in the back. I’m not a huge fan of the exposed foam on the tongue. It makes the shoe look a little messy. I actually thought it was a manufacturing error initially. But other than that, I really love the look of this shoe!... Show more

Wonderful shoe, only one small thing I would change
I overall am very happy with the Nike Blazer Mid ’77. We are a shoe family - my husband, two kids, and I have at least ten pairs each. Style and quality are the key factors that always catch our eye. These shoes are very comfortable and true to size. I love that the tongue of the shoe is made from a soft foam, so the laces don't bother my feet even with them tightly laced. I also really like the soft fuzzy material the shoes are made from, because it gives them a really unique look.As a mom of two littles and an active business owner, I am on my feet and on the go all day. I was able to wear the shoes without issue, pain, or blisters from day one. The comfort is beyond what I expected, and I am so happy I found a great new pair that is both comfy and stylish. The ... The one design element that I had to bump a star for is the unfinished edge around the foam on the tongue. Even with the first time I threaded the shoes, the laces would sometimes get caught on the unfinished edge and pull threads. I can see that becoming an issue with time. However, the comfort, overall quality, and style have me loving the shoes. I would definitely recommend them.... Show more
