I never received my package, I was never able to get a hold of anyone including customer service. You guys didn’t put my unit number in, yet on me receipt I put in my unit number. There is no phone number for me to Reagan out to an actual operator and have this resolved. I would like a full refund , because I never received my package nor any information on delivery. I only got a email saying they were delivered yet the driver didn’t take a picture in where he dropped off the package. This is completely unacceptable.

Nordstrom consistently ships their shoes in plastic mailer bags and fails to protect the actual shoebox. This happens over and over again and the shoe box almost always arrives damaged. Only some of the nordstrom facilities that ship stuff out actually put them in boxes. And even when they do, they don't use packing paper, so the box slides around the shipping box.

NIKE DUNK is a staple in the sneaker community. They are widely recognized and very popular. Being able to find this item at Nordstrom was a plus.
Love them because they are pink! And the sales woman knew I wanted them and out my name down to call as soon as my size came in. The 5 stars are more for the amazing customer service than the product!
A must in any shoe collection. Got these for a christmas gift for my daughter who recently got into SNKRS. It’ll be her first pair of dunks and can’t go wrong with pandas.
Daughter loves them but 6.5 are too big. This is her 1st pair of dunks. She wears a 6.5 in the 270s. Plan on trying to exchange for a 6. So cute. Thinking about getting myself some!

Love the style of dunks. They go with everything and they’re extremely comfy. The only down fall is they’re a bit wide and crease at the top
I ordered a kids size 5. The box was a 5, but the shoes were a 4. Wouldn’t you check the size before shipping them out?? So I had to send them back. Makes me not want to order from nordstroms again. Ridiculous.
