Nike Dunk Low Retro Sneaker (Grey)

(3,588 reviews)

The Nike Dunk Low 'Georgetown' uses the colours of Georgetown University. When the American school became champions of the College Basketball competition in 1984, Nike became increasingly involved in basketball. Consequently, 1985 saw the release of not only the Jordan 1 model, but also the Nike Dunk. The Georgetown Hoyas' coach at the time was John Thompson. Besides being a coach on the basketball team, Thompson was also a consultant at Nike. The Dunk uses shades of grey, black and dark blue. In the overlays, you can see the darker shade of blue recurring while the base of the sneaker is coloured Wolf Grey. The Dunk Low is completed by a white midsole and a blue outsole.
