These shoes are pretty great. We happen to be in the stage where our little one loves to run and getting these was a great way to channel all of that energy. At the beginning, they felt a little tight on the sides, so I was a little worried. However, they eventually loosened up and always fit well when you look at length of the foot.These also don't have laces which I think is a great plus. They slip on and off. Granted, they don't slip on and off easily (they're not like slippers). The instep was a bit more challenging for my kiddo than in previous flex runner versions. I think this is due to the wider and tighter band across the mid-foot. He was not able to slide it on by himself and instead needed a bit of help getting in. For the first few minutes he also complained over the shoe being too tight over the banded area. BUT once he wore it for a little while and a few more days, that complaint completely went away and he has loved his 'fast shoes' and wanted to wear them almost every day. He loves running, jumping and playing in them all day!The design appears a bit more 'bulky' in a good way compared to previous flex runners. My 3 year old loves these shoes! They are perfect for the active little ones. I really like the slim slip on design of the shoe the only concern I had was the snug fit. If your buying these for your little one I highly recommend for you to size up. Fabric on the shoe is awesome because it’s a breathable material. My favorite part of this show is the loops on the back & top of the shoe, my son can put these on by himself! The loops are perfect fit for his finger to go the and pull the shoe up his heel. Encouraging independence for littles! I would only change the size I ordered but these are a comfortable shoe!

The look and feel is very "athletic" - they don't look like "kids" shoes which, to my son, seemed to be a great thing.As soon as he saw the sneakers, he wanted to wear them. He couldn't get them on himself - he usually is not challenged by this sort of thing but for this pair, he had to get help from us. I thoroughly research most of my products before purchasing so I find it necessary to do product reviews so other parents can kind of get a feel from another parent perspective. These shoes are for my daughter (bonus is that they fit me too). She really likes the looks of them and says they are really comfortable. She did work out in them tonight and said that they aren’t not the best workout shoe. She said they don’t have a lot of cushion. She likes the quick access and being able to pull them on. She says they fit and feel good. The fabric in my opinion is nice, but seems like it will stain easily. These are definitely a good everyday shoe. Love the simplicity of the style.
I have Been buying flex runners since my kids were in 4c, now 11c. The original were perfect everything. The 2s were still great but now the 3s are too tight. My daughter has a slim foot and I’m still struggling to put it on. It no longer has a nice stretch to them. That’s the original reason I started buying them the ease of putting them on. My daughters have about 20 different pairs of flex runners combined. I will be searching for 1 and 2s to buy from now on.
These shoes are stylish and can be warm both formally or casually. They are comfortable and fit true to size. They are a little tight in midfoot but not to The point of discomfort. The design can be flexible and my toddler loved them. The no laces is convenient. They wanted to wear them dressed up and more casual. The shoe is easy to clean and the fabric wipes away any dirt. The only con against this shoe is it was hard to get onto the foot at times because of the compression at midsole. This design provided a tight and snug fit.
The Flex Runner 3 PS are the perfect everyday kids’ sneaker! My 5 year old son, Ace, loves them; they’re comfortable, stylish, easy to put on and durable– doesn’t get much better than that for a pair of kids’ sneakers.The key feature of these sneakers would have to be the lace-free elastic band. You simply slide your kid’s foot in with the assistance of the tongue loop and you’re good to go! It’s the perfect amount of tension to keep their feet snug without worrying about their feet easily sliding out of the shoe.Purchasing multiple colorways are a must to match with all of your kid’s different fits! He is really picky and particular when it comes to clothes and shoes and how they feel. We both love how easy they are to slip on and get out of the door to school in the mornings or activities in the afternoons. Even though he can tie his shoes he’s not the best at it and still takes a while so we love the convenience of these. He says he loves how comfortable these kicks are and that they are comparable to his air max shoes in regards to comfort but loves how much lighter these Flex Runners are. They seem to be good quality shoes and have held up wonderfully so far.
