The Zoomx logo in pink adds a splash of color that keeps it interesting.I’d highly recommend these to anyone looking for a high-quality pair of running shoes.... Show more

There is a unique marshmallow feeling at first which quickly fades after a short distance. I was surprised at the vertical travel between heel pavement first contact and full compression throughout each step. I had no feeling of "bottoming out" at all. (200 lbs if you must know!) Additionally, the soles are much wider than I have seen. The added width coaxes my feet into better vertical alignment and stability, especially in heel cup area. The added width was impressive enough to prompt me to check the accelerator/brake area in my cars and there was no interference from the width of the soles. I tend to roll my heels outward which causes rapid wear of the outer heel corners of my shoes. I was delighted to discover the sole bottom design has addressed this problem nicely. There is a black synthetic perforated overlay bonded tightly onto the cushion sole section of the shoes. It is a very strong resilient material that feels like it will resist wear extremely well. It is perforated with openings for traction and is thicker around the edges where wear is expected. The pattern of the holes covers the bottom fully and this layer is shallow enough to resist picking up rocks and debris. I have owned shoes that collect rocks and small stones in the grooves-leaving a trail of rocks behind me! I expect this two-layer sole design will not wear on the outer edges like so many costly shoes I have had to replace in the past. The few things I might prefer:These shoes have standard flat laces, which are sturdy, but I have to admit to being quite fond of the recent round elastic laces adjustable with simple round knots on each end. It is nice to have the flexion for slipping shoes on and off without tying shoelaces. I assume one could buy elastic laces and use them in this shoe easily. The depth of cushioning may be too much for some individuals, but a delight for others.Appearance.....I appreciate the somewhat modest look of these shoes. At my age, there are many athletic shoes that are flamboyant at a level that I am not comfortable wearing in public! The podiatrists often hand out recommendations for athletic shoes helpful to people with foot problems. Clearly the doctors are focused on the mechanics of the foot/shoe but have not seen what some athletic shoes actually look like these days! I am pretty sure young people hate seeing old people wearing something they like! We promise to stay in our own lane !... Show more

These shoes are also super stylish! The black and gray flyknit material looks cool and accents like the orange ZoomX label and smiley face in the insole are fun Easter eggs that really make the shoes pop!I also love that Nike is working to cut down material waste. The shoes shipped in their shoebox, meaning that less cardboard is used for each pair that is sold.Overall, I'm extremely happy with these shoes and have no complaints so far! I am confident that they would last years, though I will definitely buy another pair once they reach 500 miles now that I know what great running shoes are supposed to feel like!... Show more

Great running shoe with support!

I’ve been really impressed with this shoe from the support it provided and the overall look. The fabric has a stiffness to it that makes it feel secure but enough give to allow your foot to flex. It has a plate around the back of the heel to keep your foot from sliding that adjusted some after wearing. Sizing was accurate to my normal Nike size. The shoe is deceptive when looking at the shoe from the side. The sole of the shoe does stick out a bit but it’s not noticeable unless you’re looking down at them. The style is appealing enough to wear all day but I’ve not done so often. I want to maintain some mileage on them. But when I have worn them for the day I’ve felt great afterwards in terms of not feeling worn out. The black paired well with my outfit nicely. Likely not a shoe I wear casually very often but I won’t have issues going from run to errands if needed.Overall I highly recommend the Nike ZoomX Invincible Run FK3 for anyone seeking a running shoe that provides stability throughout your run, comfort to wear all day, and enough color styles to match with any outfit.... Great Shoes for Me
1 July 2023
If you are looking to buy these shoes, I have to tel you that you may hate them. If you have read some of the other reviews, you know that many people deal with heal slippage, blisters, and discomfort with the upper. While the pain and discomfort felt by these people is very real, the truth is that no shoe will ever suit the needs of every runner. I have worn other models from different brands in which I have experienced discomfort and pain, while the same models happen to be my friends’ favorite shoes. That didn’t mean that I could not acknowledge that, without my discomfort caused by my bio-mechanical makeup, those were not great shoes. High Quality Running Shoe
21 January 2023
I run a few times a week and only run a few miles so nothing extreme but I am very picky about my shoes because I want them to last for several hundred miles while looking and feeling good. These shoes exceeded my expectations by being more comfortable and providing more cushion. I found my self bouncing when I walked because they felt so good. I am about 20 miles in and they still feel great. The outer material seems to be more nylon based which I think will last longer than my previous shoes and not wear through as quickly. I tend to be tough on shoes.Cons: The sole is wider than the rest of the shoe so they do not look as sleek and are a touch more bulky. Little extra spring in my step!
24 January 2023
I switched to these new kicks just over a week ago and like them so much, I’m loathe to take them off, even for sleep. I’m always on the lookout for a supportive sneaker as I was cursed from birth with incredibly flat feet which, in addition to slowing down my top speed times in my youth in cross country training and soccer practice, also amounted to shin splints and sore joints, especially when I hit the pavement/pitch with bargain brand sneakers. Let me tell you, this situation has only gotten worse with age. These shoes have felt like figuratively turning back the clock. At first glance, I mostly loved the style/design of the shoe, Nike has always been at the forefront of the most popular running shoe of the day, and the Invincible Run FK3 is no exception. The Classic Black/white style looks great, which begs the question of why they chose to mar the otherwise timeless look with an electric pink “ZoomX” trademark on the inside heel of each sole. Then again, I’ve never been one to wear anything too “loud” when it comes to clothing. It looked out of place to me at first glance. That said, I’m not one to purchase sneakers to stand out in a crowd. Where these really shine is the fit and feel of the shoe. When laced up they fit snug around my size twelve foot, but not tight; no cramping in the toes. They are an absolute dream to walk around in. The sole is a bit wider than the other sneakers in my closet, giving the shoe a sturdy feel on the ground, and I can’t praise the feel of the foamx sole enough. I must admit it was a little disorienting at first. The first time I stood up in them I got the sensation of having a cushioned gymnastic springboard attached to each foot…difficult to describe, imagine the feel of walking over a thin layer of stiff memory foam mattress on top of trampoline surface that had been pulled impossibly taught, so as not to be very elastic, and you’ll begin to envision what its like to take a stroll in these sneakers. Once you get passed the first impression, however, you are left with a shoe that was putting an extra spring in each step, almost exploding forward off the front of the foot during jogs. The shoe itself feels surprisingly light as well, given the seemingly wide footprint and thick looking sole. The best part, however, is how my legs, and most importantly, my knees felt after a full day of wearing them! All of the engineering research that clearly went into developing the soles of this sneaker was time well spent! My joints haven’t felt this limber after a full day of walking, much less a workout, in 20 years! Over the years, I’ve tried every solution for arch support on the market in a effort to lessen the wear and tear on my body that comes from running on flat feet, to no avail, I manage to crush down even the stiffest of arch support insoles within a few weeks. The better solution is to look for extra cushioning in the sole to lessen the impact of my heel on the pavement during a run, and these sneakers are some of the best at doing this in recent memory. Heres hoping they are as durable as they feel, as I plan to get alot of miles out of them!... Show more

Looks great, heels slips.
11 February 2023
The updated aesthetics were needed since the first two were dated even when they came out. So I appreciate the updated look. I’m more of a walker than a runner but I do log 30+ miles a week. My feet have a tendency to swell a little bit so I don’t kung fu grip my laces and strap my feet down. The biggest issue with the shoe is the heel slipping. I feel like you need to really tighten your laces down in order to stop it but I honestly don’t think you could get rid of it entirely. The heel cup padding is thinner and lays flatter than the previous ones. The upper looks great but noticeably less stretchy than the previous two. It feels more restrictive and honestly just as warm even though they said there was increased breathability. They probably did it because of weight but they’ve removed the stability straps from the tongue and now it moves around and I have to adjust it often. Overall I think there’s less performance than previous models but it looks great. If you’re going for looks and just doing casual wear then it’s a decent shoe but if you’re anymore serious then that I would recommend going with the previous models.... Show more

The new ZoomS Invincible Run Flyknit 3 makes road running easy!
20 January 2023
I am a fairly new runner (running on-and-off the past 2 years, a handful of 5Ks) who is unfortunately cursed with pigeon feet. That being said, I've been able to correct my running form and run comfortably using shoes with a wider sole. So after trying the ZoomS Invincible Run Flyknit 3, I am more than pleased to give very positive reviews, after a few comfortable runs! Let me point out the highlights:Wide Sole: The Flyknit 3 has a wider footbed that allows for very consistent and straight footfalls, which (as mentioned) is an added benefit for someone who has a crooked gait. This is something I look for with my shoes, and was excited to notice upon taking it for a run.Uneven road? No problem: The heel has ~1.5" (38mm?) of cushion to make impacts on the road ... MoreI am a fairly new runner (running on-and-off the past 2 years, a handful of 5Ks) who is unfortunately cursed with pigeon feet. This is something I look for with my shoes, and was excited to notice upon taking it for a run.Uneven road? No problem: The heel has ~1.5" (38mm?) of cushion to make impacts on the road very easy (see photos). When stepping on cracks or uneven surface, there's enough give to make it unnoticeable, but not too much to make running inconvenient.Fun in each step: With the cushioning, the transition from heel to forefoot is smooooth, and makes energy transfer for each step seamless. If stepping, you can really see the heel compress! As a caveat I do not have experience with larger cushions on my shoes, but this shoe is making me a believer for different training days. It can definitely make running 5k+ distances go by effortlessly, and speaks to the legacy of this shoe line.Flyknit=Breathability: Nike's proprietary flyknit material (see photo) definitely works as advertised, giving breathability to your longer runs. What's interesting to me is that the upper seems to have a sheen to it that makes it smoother to the touch (not as socky). Not much more to say here, but if you run hot, this can definitely give you more running time.Foot and sneakers are one: Small thing I've noticed with my other running shoes - my feet always tend to shift ever so slightly during my runs. Out of the box, this shoe doesn't have that problem. It fits true to size but keeps it snug where I have no issues with chafing. The tongue is also well padded, keeping everything cozy (see photo).Final notes: It's a very fun shoe, used ideally for your longer runs or to change up your days. You're probably not going to be breaking any records with these and they may not be the lightest, but they sure are comfortable. I plan on using this for my distance days/recovery days, and am excited to re-review this down the line.Reviewer notes/Extra notes: Sz. 10 Men's, true to fit.... Show more
