I have used these to play basketball & volleyball. They are not horrible, they're average/ decent. I switch between the Nike Kobe 8s & these (KD 6s). These are definitely light, but the material does feel cheap in a way. The traction is just decent, depending on the cleanliness of the floors of course. The kobe 8s have better traction. The shoes are light & comfortable, which are its best attributes. They do take a break in period. There is some dead space in the toe box.

I've played 15 hours in these this week and have to say they feel better and better with use. However, right out of the box the traction is terrible. The other problem I had was in terms of lock down. No matter how tightly I tried to lace them, the shoe still felt roomy. Double socking helped fix this. Overall these are a nice option as it is becoming harder and harder to find low cut options with Zoom cushioning now that the Kobe line has transitioned to Lunarlon.
