The sacai x Nike LDWaffle “Pine Green” is a colorway from the second wave of releases for the popular double-layered sneaker. Just like the initial two colorways from spring 2019, this fall release sports a colorful palette for the unique design by fashion house sacai that combines two vintage Nike running shoes, the LDV and Waffle Racer. The construction features a green and yellow base with overlays in magenta and orange, each inspired by original colorways of the two models from the early 1980s. The design includes double tongues, Swooshes, eyestay panels, and laces on the upper, with the doubled midsole below in white foam. The sacai x Nike LDWaffle “Pine Green” released in limited quantities and is now one of the most sought-after sneakers of 2019.
