These are some of the most comfortable and supportive basketball shoes available. They do run true to size and are a very good choice for athletes who tend to roll their ankles. They provide excellent grip on wood floors with minimal slippage. These provided me a slight increase in both vertical and speed which was surprising to me because they are not exactly the lightest shoe on the market. I don't play basketball so I can't comment on how their utility is but I can say these shoes are great for the gym and every day use, although I don't wear them outside because I want to keep them nice. As soon as you open the box they hit you right away. They stand out in a good way and the complexity and craftsmanship is excellent. First time wearing them I felt like I was walking on air and these shoes make me 1.5" taller. They are sized right, not over it under. I wear a 10.5 in Adidas and I got an 11 and they're a little big. Awesome looking shoe, feels great, stands out, and just overall nice to look at.... Show more

Great shoe with great comfort!
When I saw that this shoe was in conjunction with the release of the movie, I was a bit weary, but that has changed completely! Just becuase this is a Space Jam release, they made sure to not forget that this is a shoe needed for comfortability and durability. Fit was great, a little loose around the ankles, but after re-lacing them and some adjustment was able to find a good fit. Narrowness is always a concern, as my son has bigger feet, but these honestly wore great around his foot overall. He was able to play with them for quite some time, on and off the court, with no complaints of his feet hurting to them being too tight. The grip on these is amazing as well! Love that the grip on the bottom has a cool unique pattern as well. All and all, the details on this ... I recently got the Lebron 19’s in a big kid’s size 6 and I was pleasantly surprised about how comfortable they are. The design of the sole along with the air bubble add to the looks but also are what provides the comfort. They are comfortable to walk in and although I haven’t yet played ball in them, I can only guess they will be great for that too. The shoes have a design under a material “overlay” that varies per shoe creating a unique appearance and there are also a few other air bubbles (sides and tongue of shoe) that make the shoes more unique. There are two things I would potentially change with the 19’s if it were up to me. My favorite Lebron shoe (…besides the 16 Low)
To start off, I don’t like to wear high tops. If you were to look at my collection, I only own low top versions of basketball shoes (AJ1, AJ2, AJ11, and Lebron 16) but the Lebron 19 might be the exception. The comfort is really amazing with fitting feeling very snug and I did not have to worry about my foot moving inside the shoe. I played a few outdoor games with them and the cushioning is a game changer as I had no discomfort when landing. Even after playing for over 2 hours, I did not get the usual feeling of aches i normally feel on the medial side of my feet that I would get with my other shoes. My only gripe with the shoe is the upper edge of the shoe covering my ankle. I mistakenly wore these the first time with ankle high socks (since I normally wore low ... The King is back!
First impression of the box itself, to me, shows that a lot of work and dexterity went into the design. The box and the wrapping are well put together. Upon pulling the Lebron XIX shoes out of the box, I was highly impressed by the design of the shoe. The color scheme would go well with the uniforms in the Space Jam movie The fit was just right with enough cushion to wear all day and not feel uncomfortable, I believe the air bubble helps with that. They feel very durable and would seem to be able to take a beating on the court. Being a basketball fanatic and playing ball night in and night out, I would definitely know a thing or two about that. They hug your feet just right and have amazing ankle support. The only thing I may change is that the plastic of the ankle ... Very comfortable casual wear
Bought this for casual wear for my wife and I. I wear a size 11 and these for snug but comfortable with a"Nike Everyday Plus Cushioned" sock. They aren't near as narrow as the Vapormax, which seems to be for tiny narrow feet. I can feel the zoom air in the forefoot, they feel so good and the shoe feels pretty solid. I thought the shoe is very light, my wife felt the same way. They aren't heavy feeling at all. My wife wears a size 6.5 women but ordered a 5.5men.She has a good amount of wiggle room and probably should have ordered the 5. (Not big kids size, they are inferior in tech). With the same style Nike socks, the shoe is too narrow on her, though, she's an Asian. I will order the EP Asian versions in the future for her, however, wearing very thin socks, she ... I thought the top plastic will be an issue, they aren't if laced all the way up. Probably can use a hair dryer to bend em out a little and skip the top two holes.I went ahead and ordered the 19 low EP, I'll see how they fit versus the normal high\med. They will be my beaters and I'll order my wife the Hawaii color if the fit is good.I generally wear sketcher 11s, Puma 11s. I'd suggest TTS (11) even for casual.... Show more
