I have bought Nike for decades and have never had a problem with them. When I received my new pair of Air Max in the mail, I was in love with them! The color was so pretty, I loved the contrast of the suede, leather, and mesh...they seemed perfect. Until I went to try them on. I tried to slip my foot in, and couldn't. There was no paper inside, so I had to loosen the laces. Now when I say loosen the laces, I mean, I had to REALLY loosen them. My foot still barely fit b/c it was so narrow. I did the same thing with the second pair, but they looked awful with how loose they had to be on top, and it still felt like it was squeezing that one part of my foot right below my toes. I've never had wide shoes before, so I think it's this sneaker. I'm returning them.

I have NEVER had a problem ordering Nike shoes in my size, but these were the most narrow shoes I've ever put on. I could hardly get my feet into themand after completely loosening them I still couldn't even wiggle my toes in them. They definitely missed the mark with these. I'm bummed because I really liked them too, but my toes felt like they were in a vice. I have never ordered or have had to order wide shoes, but these would have to be to be wearable. Returned.

Ive always buy nike air but in torch or vapor max but since not available went to buy these. My usual size 9.5 fit as should heel to toe but too tight around center sides of foot so tried in a 10 which i found very comfortable in how it hugged my foot but was about half size too big in the toes. I was going to go ahead and buy them in the black & white just bc they did have the comfort i needed for my feet. But i really miss the awesome color & design of the max torch & vapor max and the fact that they last for years. Shoes, prices good BUT ALL SHOES WRONG SIZE!! I bought two pairs. Both one size larger than normal AND if your foot measured across is 3 inch wide they will fit you WONDERFULLY!! Do Not Purchase these! I bought these for my son for Christmas since he is a runner and loves Nike. His last pair lasted a year with running daily! He wore them for a day and the left one rubbed the lower back of his heel causing horrible blisters. The right shoe was fine but the left one poked out more and is defective. I tried explaining this to the store associate and the nearest Macys and he was very rude looked at them and said well he already wore them, we can't re sell them. I said well obviously not they are defective . I just wanted to exchange them. he told me he can't return them even though they are defective. What a waste of money.
I have a few pairs of Air Max and never had this problem. These feel so tight and narrow in the middle of my foot and on my arch. It almost feels like there is something in the shoe, that’s how uncomfortable it is. The toe box fits fine, although could be a little wider. I am a woman, I’d hate to see how this fits a man with a wider foot than me. Returning. Very disappointed because I like the green color way.
I have been searching for a shoe like my beloved Torch 4 for 3 years and nothing compares. These shoes are horrible. I read reviews like I always do and ordered a half size up in anticipation of a decent shoe. But no. These shoes are extremely tight. Suffocating. Although I have toe to top distance my toes are smashed together on sides and I can only imagine how horrible my feet are going to feel at end of work day. What is wrong with Nike?!!! Quality has greatly diminished. Nick was my shoe my fit comfort all my life...until now. No more business for you from me. I would have been a customer for life. Bought these to add to the collection, strictly price based. I buy at least 1 pair of Air Max a year; all the same size. Everything from Max 90s, LTDs, Max 1s, Max Pulse, etc. Bottom of shoes all the same length.The tip & overlays, being synthetic, cheapen the overall look of the sneakers. Difficult to determine if the SWOOSH is leather or synthetic. And you would surely want to change the thin laces.These Excees are VERY tight! I would definitely NOT recommend unless you have baby feet! Hopefully a shoe widener will make a difference. May update afterwards.All photos are next to Air Max Pulse for comparison.

Love these shoes! They caught my eye as they weee placed on the very front display in the front of the shoe department inside of Macys! I immediately loved the color scheme, and I have always been a fan of Nike Air Max tennis shoes. I get so many great compliments on these shoes everywhere I go!!and they are so easy to keep clean.
