These Nike Metcon 4 shoes are fantastic. The men's 11 ran perfectly true to size for me. These shoes look great, and they are incredibly comfortable. This is the first pair of sneakers I've ever tried with a fully attached tongue, and they feel SO secure and stable while I work out. I've never worn a shoe with this much support while lifting, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Total game changers! I wouldn't distance run in these shoes, but if you're looking to go from treadmill to lifting heavy, HIIT, or talking your dog for a jog these are absolutely worth your consideration. I've got a lot of shoes to choose from, but I find myself reaching for these every morning.

Sup fam,I am a swim coach and man do I get my shoes wet a lot. I was afraid of buying red shoes to wear on deck and last year I picked these up back in October. Well, one year later and I can say I still rock these at work! They have been thru so much chlorine water splash and they still look awesome. I've washed them a few times because I got them muddy but that's it, they still rock!-OT

I bought these with the intent to use them as a good all around training shoe. If I needed shoes that were exclusively for lifting at the gym - these would be it. They stick to the ground, they’re nice and flat, and they have a generous amount of structure around the ankle. If you’re doing squats and deadlifts, probably a great shoe for that!
I recently got these for everyday wear and basketball. I love the style of the shoe but they do run a little bit small. I usually wear size 10 and don’t have a problem with my other Nike shoes but this one ran a little tight. Size 10.5 would have been perfect but these still fit well. I would recommend purchasing a half size larger than normal. I played basketball in them and they were great, no slipping and lots of traction. Highly recommended!

The Nike Free Metcon 4 Training shoes are a well-engineered piece of footwear. The upper of the shoe is like a giant rubber band that keeps the foot centered, and while snug, is not too tight. The stretchiness was comfortable for my slightly wide feet, and it feels comfortable enough to wear for a long time (but almost like compression socks).The forward part of the sole has nice deep grooves, which makes forward motion easy. The sole is nice and wide in both the front and back, so sideways stability feels really solid. The materials are high quality and stylish, and ventilation is good.
Great design. Fun details with the snail on a company logo built around the idea of speed. Colors are unique. Comfortable. First day owning wearing them I walked 5 miles around a fair.
I've never had a shoe quite like this one. I find it to be a very attractive pair of shoes, with a good neutral color scheme. The mesh top, with re-enforced coating on the exterior toe, is both good looking and functional.The opening of the shoe is most notable, and a mixed bag. It is a fixed opening with minimal stretch. The back NIKE branded band on the back of the shoe is actually an elastic band that is pushing towards the inside of the shoe. The result is some effort to get your foot in the shoe, but then a very firm fit once seated properly. It doesn't even feel like laces are necessary!It is a pleasure to walk, run and just live in this shoe. Love it!
Whenever I buy training or running shoes, my usual size 8 would sometimes be a hit or miss. Not with the Metcon 4 shoes. They fit me just right. These shoes are on a different level from what I am used to. They are a perfect fit for me - snug and seems like it hugs my feet and makes me feel like I am not wearing any shoes because they are so light yet amazingly comfortable. It also has great arch support. I got to try the fit, comfort, and durability of these shoes during my vacation at the Smoky Mountains. Non-stop walking for several hours, in different trails, for 2 days. I never felt any discomfort. Also, it looks so stylish. I'm so happy to have it!
