I’ve worn them mostly for my calisthenic workout with some weighted workouts thrown in. Since the cw is White, it’s expected for them to look dingy after a couple wears. If you care about that, you may look at more darker colorways. I think they are solid as is, however, if Nike added their reliable Nike Zoom Air technology in the forefoot of the sneaker, I would be more of fan! I just love that snappiness, especially at the forefoot for explosive movements. Otherwise, the Metcon 9 gets job/workout done and can pass a casual sneaker.

I wonder what else you could use it for, but it was nice to not worry about tripping.Size-wise they did seem to run slightly small which was surprising because I have had the opposite experience with Metcons in the past.Usually I am not big on black rubber accents but I really liked the pattern and the design. The stark white will definitely get dirtier the more I continue to wear these, but will just show how much work they have been through :)
These are solid athletic shoes for a variety of different activities. I think they make the most sense for use in the gym or for some sports like tennis or track, but you can also style them for daily wear. They are comfertable and provide a lot of supportive, especially on the heel and archway. They fit slightly small in my opinion and were a little tight when I first put them on. Next time, I might purchase a half size up from my regular Nike size. I do imagine they might loosen up a bit over time, especially if using them for work outs or daily wear.
