Initially I didn’t like how rough the laces felt, but I think the added security of the reflection in the laces, which is very useful for road walking/running, is worth it. Also, the holes the laces go through are thin slits, so the laces won’t be coming undone any time soon. Overall, I think this is a very well designed shoe that, once broken in, will be comfortable for a long time.

The shoe's comfortable and wellpadded, and the curved sole adds extra comfort that replicates the natural shape of our feet, which provides excellent support. The breathable material of the shoe offers good ventilation, keeping my feet cool and dry. The curvature of the shoe promoted a smooth heel-to-toe transition, running with these shoes was a breeze and fun once you get used to them.The shoe is sleek and modern in its smoky gray shade, while the highlighter green on the heel adds a touch of color. The shoe’s material is breathable, but I couldn't wear them during the winter because rain will go through them. Overall, I would highly recommend the Nike Motiva runners shoes for those that need the extra heel support.
I have been wanting to start running/jogging for a little while now but I've always struggled with my knees hurting when I've attempted to run or jog. I got these shoes in hopes that they would be a better support for my feet which would also help my knees.During the time period that I've had these shoes I have not been able to run due to a back injury but I've gone on many walks through my neighborhood and on some trails and they have been great!The overall design of the shoe is cool. The heel area is much lower and there is more arch support in the middle. Understanding that these are running shoes, it makes sense. They are like walking on a cloud. These definitely give my feet way more support. The front of the shoe is a little wider that a normal sneaker which I thought was great. I feel like these shoes were made for my feet! After going on my longer walks I haven't had any knee pain and my feet don't feel like I've gone on a long walk. Due to not being able to properly run in these I decided to wear them during a very busy, errand running day. They held up really well and I didn't get that achy feeling in my feet/ankles after a busy day.I'm only giving these shoes a 4 star rating due to the fact that I haven't used them for running. I hope to take them out for a run one of these days! I feel more confident to try with these shoes.
