The Nike Star Runner 4 NN GS was exactly the shoe we were looking for for our little tough guy. The shoe is fun and stylish with cool colors and a thoughtful "made on earth" design with hidden emoji details to start conversation. Our kiddo wears a size 6 and this shoe was true to size with room to grow and traction to run fast. The shoe is durable and has stood the test of running, jumping, and playing. The material is breathable and flexible with solid sole construction to lessen the worry of tearing apart easily or fast. The shoe is most importantly comfortable and has the ability to be worn to school all day and to everything we do as a family after. Thank you to Nike Stellar Panel for allowing us to review!

These shoes were purchased for my daughter so I will be reviewing them with her. She said the fit and feel are good, she thinks they are super comfortable for running and gym activities. I love these shoes. I wear a size 8 in womenâs and these are a size 7 GS. They fit like a glove and were extremely comfortable and have become my every day shoe. They black/white so they can be worn with pretty much any color. I have no doubt that if they were comfortable for a woman that they would be extremely comfortable for a child. These are very comfortable on foot. Hugs your foot in all the right places. The back heel is very sturdy as well. This gave me the confidence that the shoe will be able to support my foot properly when walking, running or jogging.The design is absolutely my style. Very intricate designs integrated in the shoe. The whole shoe feels and looks like very good quality materials. These shoes can be worn by kids or adults. They are extremely lightweight which is perfect for me when running.I like how they fit, the cute design, and how versatile the look is. With the black/white color it goes with any outfit. I also love how lightweight they are. My feet also don't hurt after walking, running or jogging in them which speaks to their quality.It is a very comfortable material but it might attract lint easily. Especially in black. These shoes feel great on foot. The heel is supportive around the ankle with ample padding. The upper toe box and sides are lined with a nice foam like pad on the inside that adds to comfort when running. At the tip of the toe theirs a nice rubber reinforcement that not only adds to the durability but also style. On the heal theirs a cute star cutout and more rubber accents or reinforcement. The insoles are bit firmer than Iâd like but theyâre fine for a designated running shoe. The tread on the bottom has fun shapes like aliens,moon,spaceship,sun,planets etc. Theirs also a phrase on the inside midsole near the toe that reads âDesigned on earthâŚâ . The black and white color way is nice and paired with various textures and materials that could go with almost any style.

First impression from aesthetic standpoint its a simple black and white runner it looks good nothing amazing or anything that stands out. I handed them to my daughter for her to try on, After she put them on and walked around for a while her first words were "These are comfortable" as if most shoes from her experience aren't comfortable. So after two weeks of cheerleading practice and a days walk at the state fair lets see if this initial outburst held true.First we will start with the fit after these two weeks this shoe became her favorite shoe to wear. From an aesthetic stand point the shoe is basic not bulky looking slim and narrow. The materials were soft and comfortable very pliable which is excellent for most athletic shoes especially a runner. After two weeks the durabilty seems to be great the shoe is holding together well no rips or tears. Overall we would say this shoe is and excellent running shoe where simplicity gets the job done and less is more the only issue was a visual one aesthetically the heel in the back is a bit too high would look better brought but it probably serves a functional purpose of keeping the heel in the shoe during strenuous wear!
I just got these shoes and they feel pretty comfortable. They are pretty easy to slip on. However, I was walking my dog and I kept feeling my toes hit a ridge in the insole. I'm a little bit worried about starting training in them if they aren't super durable. I hope the shoe lasts for a little while. On the other hand every thing about this shoe is good. I just wouldn't use it for anything like rough play or running. Maybe more of a gentle use.
The Nike Star Runner NN 4 was very comfortable for all activities. I was able to wear them to the gym, train outside in the rain, and also use them as everyday shoe.One of my most memorable takeaways from this shoe was that when you take it off there's not the feeling of foot fatigue that I've experienced from other shoes. That feeling that when you take the shoe off like your foot can breathe again this shoe doesn't do that. Being on my feet for sometimes 12 hours or longer made this shoe my go-to IMMEDIATELY. The laces are fully adjustable to get as tight or as loose of a fit as you would like. The shoe itself is very spacious without being a (wide) shoe. I would like more colors if posible but overall Iâd give this shoe 10 âď¸!
The Nike star runner 4NN fit like a glove! They were literally super light weight. Our daughter is particular about how shoes fit & she was super excited to wear these to school for PE. We loved the black & white design and the concept of recycled material. The design was sleek yet supportive and athletic. The fabric is easy to wipe down, and an added plus was it kept our daughters feet dry when it rained. What we liked the most was the androgynous design, the easy on and off, the extra support and the quality laces. We love Nike products but based off of personal preference the only thing weâd change is the heel part that protrudes out the slightest bit in the heel. Overall, Nike star runners are a great pair of comfy stylish shoes!!!
