They are suitable for runs between 60 and 400 metres.The lightweight upper fits snugly around the feet. The foot arch strap on the inside of the upper ensures a lock down feel and light support. The overlays at the midfoot and the heel offer extra sturdiness and increase the durability of the upper. The EVA sockliner shapes itself after the foot and offers comfort. The spike plate encourages forward movement and ensures a lot of grip when sprinting. The outsole offers room for seven spike pins.
