Nike made the best MAX cushion running shoe ever! Love the comfort of the tounge and heel padding. Also has really good stability. Good for walking and running! I also love how wide the toe box is. The flyknit feels really good too. Nike don’t ever discontinue the invincible line. People that are complaining about heel slip just need to break in the shoe a little bit. I went true to size and it fits perfect.

I’m 6ft1in 220lbs. The extra padding is huge for reducing knee pain for a heel striker like me. Bought a pair for parents, both love it. I’ve bought all kinds of Nike, hookah, addidas, etc. Very happy with them. Good for 5k runs imo, at around 50+ miles in them as a short distance runner. Not a lifting shoe. Not sure why these got such a bad wrap online. I’m buying more once I run through my current shoe.

The Nike Invincible 3 is a great daily trainer giving you maximum cushion to keep your joints and feet feeling fresh throughout your run. The ZOOMX midsole is soft and bouncy giving you a lot of energy return with each stride. It's supposedly a bit firmer than the previous versions to give you a much more stable ride but nonetheless is a fun midsole to run in. The outsole has perfectly placed rubber for excellent traction even on wet conditions. Unfortunately, the fit of the upper is disappointing. There is significant heel slippage even when using the runner's loop or heel lock lacing. I currently still run in the original Nike Invincible 1's and they fit like a glove from heel to toe with zero heel slippage from the box. This shoe is really cushioned and comfortable but there’s a few issues I have with them. None of the pics of the shoe show how much the tongue pops up when you actually wear the show. Thankfully I’m using these shoes for the functionality more than their looks, but if that’s important to you I’d probably pass on these. Not to mention, when you’re looking down at the shoe (which is the majority of the time), the profile at the heel and toe box is really wide. It seems to help with stability but it makes the shoe look pretty silly. Just some things to consider. I’d still recommend them because they have great bounce and feel on the treadmill, but if these will be used for other reasons, there are many other better options.
I run about 2-3 miles a day. I am a bigger guy, 6'3" & 280lbs, I have a hard time finding shoes that work well with a wider foot (not super wide but wider than average). Up until last week all I have found that do not hurt my feet were the Brooks Ghost, they are a great shoe but lack that bounce and cushion. These are wider than any Nike I have worn before, my feet feet amazing in them. After my first mile I was sold. They feel so supportive and I feel help with your running, i find myself not noticing discomfort at all. There are a lot of reviews online about the heel slip due to the drop of the shoes, this was true but you need to utilize the last lace hole, makes them prefect, no slip, just an amazing run. I would recommend these to anyone who takes longer runs ... MoreI run about 2-3 miles a day. I purchased these because they were on sale for $103. I have other pairs so I already know the fit would be great. Unfortunately the experience was not.. so shipping super fast. That’s the reason it’s not 1star. Package came in generic box not Nike. Upon inspection of the sneakers, they were USED. NOT NEW! I’m ridiculously busy at work so I cannot find the time to even return them. Although clearance item clearly state they are final sale. So no return. I wound up just giving them to a homeless man who would appreciate it. I certainly didn’t appreciate receiving a used item. Product is great as I have others I purchased from Nike. Poor experience with Dick’s
I’ve had 3 knee surgeries one being a microfracture; I was told I would never run again.I was focused to prove them wrong. I tried Hoka Bondi; Alta Paradigm and other various high cushion shoes. These are light and bouncy.I am running only about 20 miles a week now; but I’m doing it nearly pain free.Love the invincible 3, however; the heel fit need some work; but that’s nothing given I can run.
I bought these a few weeks ago and have learned they are fast, light, and versatile. The Imvincible run 3 shoes may not be for track work, but they sure are still competitive.Comfort level is very high and super breathable.Lastly the foam is very energy efficient, while still maintaining comfort.Overall 9/10 definitely for runner who are looking to compete in events, but created for distance races
These may be some of the most enjoyable shoes to use for long workouts, from the point of view of the foot bed (comfort, fit, energy return), but in over 40 years of running, I have NEVER had a pair of shoes retain so much sweat that by the end of the workout, it feels like somebody poured a glass of water in each sock. That's NEVER been an issue for me. Never even CONSIDERED it!The "flyknit" upper acts like it's a solid piece of goretex. It does not allow for almost any breathability. I'm honestly tempted to cut really small holes in the uppers to allow for breathability. Yes. It IS that bad.Aside from the sneakers retaining moisture during the workout, they take AT LEAST THREE DAYS TO DRY OUT afterwards.OK. Now the good. Decent fit. First pair of Nikes I could fit into in almost 20 years. Previously D's were too narrow, and EE/EEEE were clown shoe floppy. These are Ds, fit fairy snug but not TOO snug; just right that they'd break in and stretch just enough to be great.Slight heel gap, but I use KT tape on the heels so, as of now, after a couple of workouts, have not yet noticed a rub. Hoping that continues.I love the feel of these. More important is the energy return. Near the end of my workouts, my feet and legs are ready for more (usually they just hurt). Seriously, the comfort and energy return on these shoes are AMAZING.Just having to deal with the moisture retention issue. I want to love these shoes and order three more pairs. I'm tempted, but with all the moisture, I'm worried they're going to fall apart too soon.I'm going to say I would recommend them, but if I did, I'd warn about the moisture issue as I did so.
I've been an avid runner for years, and finding the perfect shoe has always been a challenge—until I found the Nike Invincible 3. This shoe is an absolute game-changer in terms of comfort and performance.First off, the comfort level is off the charts. The React foam cushioning feels like walking or running on clouds. It provides just the right amount of bounce and support, whether I'm doing a quick 5k or tackling a longer marathon training session. The plush collar and padded tongue ensure a snug yet incredibly comfortable fit without any irritation or pressure points. The design is also top-notch.
