The Vaporfly 4 is a mile-eating machine, featuring a light upper, midsole, and outsole, and lace-up closure. A full-length carbon fiber Flyplate provides a propulsive, racing feel. Nike ZoomX foam, the most responsive foam, unlocks even more energy return than before, thanks to a slight midsole reduction, giving a bouncy feel. Engineered mesh offers improved comfort and a disappearing feel on the foot. The midsole bulges out by the heel to help reduce weight on the inside of the foot to give a more stable ride.
