Nine West foxy pump. Very comfortable for a stiletto pump. Great nude colour. Heel structure very stable. The plastic heel sole point looks to be wearing quickly and this will need to be replaced. I did not receive any extra in my box. I will not mark the shoe down by any more than a star because of this as there is not a shoe I have bought in the last 5 years that I have not had to replace in the first 2 months
