Started out great…

I was IN LOVE with my creami. I told anyone who would listen how this machine was literally changing my life because as a gastric sleeve patient, protein is a top priority for me and protein low cal ice cream that tastes amazing!? Um yes please!!Then came the letdown. The blade always seemed a bit fiddly and unstable but I put my concern down to not being an engineer and understanding the magic creamifying action. I should have trusted my gut. The blade came off in my ice cream whilst making a horrid screeching noise. We quickly shut it off (sounds like when you’re stripping a drill but). I rescued the blade, cleaned everything carefully, inspected it all and tried again. Same problem. Tried a new pint. Same problem. The Ninja CREAMi Breeze is amazing! Especially on hot days. It comes with two tubs you fill with whatever liquid you are using depending on what you want to make then freeze it for at least 24 hours. When you are ready you simply attach it onto the machine and click what setting you want then let the machine work it's magic. I personally like making myself slushies they seem to hit the spot and so easy to make the possibilities are endless with flavor combinations. My kids and I have been experimenting with this to find our perfect flavor. The down side is you have to wait 24 hours but the good side is just always have something frozen ready to go so you are always prepared. Homemade gelato! They have a recipe for a succulent blueberry cream cheese gelato. Can't wait to try it! You can add all kinds of mix-ins to your recipes like mini chocolate chips, nuts, candies, pretzels, cookies and cereals too, for starters. This CREAMi Breeze Ice Cream Maker comes with two containers to make your frozen concoctions in, and you can get two decent bowls of goodies out of each one. You can also order more of the freezer containers so you can have more made up and ready to go when you have friends over. The process of making this ice cream is simple. You just follow the recipes in the booklet that comes with it (usually not more than 4 or 5 ingredients), freeze for twenty-four hours, put the lid on it with the creamifying blades and let it go in the machine. It only takes a minute or two to whip them up and make them creamy. I can tell you, in our family we are going to have a lot of fun with this ice cream maker this summer. We are going to try just about everything in the book plus make up some of our own. Good times ahead!

Omgoodness if you don’t already have this you are missing out!! I am the person who loves their bowl of ice cream every night. As much as I love it, my waistline would disagree. I’ve been using this for a couple weeks and my waistline is now thanking me. It’s such a healthier option and everything I’ve made has been fabulous! I’ve done just plain vanilla, which is still my favorite. This last batch, I did vanilla but mixed in some pistachio pudding mix and it was beyond fantastic. So i made me some ice cream the directions were simple and the ice cream turned out fantastic. I have never had better ice cream and i will make my own for now on . It doesn't just make ice cream you can make milk shakes smoothies sherberts and more. My first batch i thought looked funny so read direction and it said to rewhip it and that worked very well.
