Ordered Friday evening and delivered 11 am on Saturday.I was a bit daunted initially because it has lots of functions but as others have said - just try it out.So far I have cooked:A whole (smallish) chicken with roast potatoes and reheated two individual Yorkshire Puddings. All in one tray. I used the roast function here.I also did fresh cut chips to go with cold chicken and salad the next day.Today I did Mac’n’cheese balls and fresh salmon fillets. Used air fryer function first for the mac’n’cheese balls and then removed those and used the grill function with the probe for the salmon. Great product, great time saver, easy to use but.....I purchased my beloved Foodi Grill during lockdown and have been almost guru like in converting my friends to buying an air fryer. Well to say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. My beloved grill is now playing up and lifting and closing the lid after adding food does not get rid of the message as it should. A call to customer service has left me reeling as I was more or less told that I can use it as it is currently operating even though I said it sounds noisier than usual. I don't want to risk it blowing up on me!!! This means I cannot check the timer as the "Add Food" sign will always be showing! When asked how long these units last I couldn't get a definitive answer. In fact everything cooks really quickly. The heating up time is insane. I compared it to my over and it was approximately a 1/5th as quick to get to temperature! This is obviously where some financial savings on electricity bills comes in. I’m so happy with this Ninja Grill, that today I ordered the 15 in 1 Foodi Smart Lid Multi Cooker to accompany the grill.The price may seem steep, but it’s worth it, and consider the savings you will make on bills and the time you will save every day cooking, and it will soon make its cost back!
