Ninja Master Prep Professional Crush Blend Chop Food Drink Maker New

This was one of my first Ninja products bought 7 years ago and all the original parts are still with me and working properly today even with all the use I get out of it. It’s the normal level of noise for a blender/processor which I don’t mind as it gets the job done well. Cleaning is very easy as everything is dishwasher safe and the actual blender piece just gets a good wipe when needed. We use it for food prep and making all sorts of blended drinks and cocktails.

I've had this blender for years now and it still works as strong as the day I bought it. The product is very convenient, I have had no problems for many years. Easy to use and easy to clean, great in every way. Even though it only has one speed, 1 still use it to chop vegetables to a certain thickness. This is a great machine and I have been talking about it all the time to my high performance blender friends.

Thisblender is very loud which sucks because I live in an apartment. I MEAN REALLY LOUD. I hear people say how easy it to clean but I totally disagree. The cups, lids, blades and outside are easy. The inside area of the top where you put the cup in is harder than hell to keep clean. I’ve tried paper towel, rags, sponges, everything because of course it’s easier if you clean it after every use. But that’s not always possible. Even if you can get most of it clean you still have to deep clean it regularly or it will smell. The best way that I have figured out so far is to get my handheld steamer to spray it and turn it upside down to dry. I also sometimes have a problem screwing the blade lid to the cup. Sounds silly but for whatever reason I sometimes have a hard time twisting it on evenly and it’s a mess if I don’t realize it’s not even. Or it takes forever for me to finally get it right. Maybe it’s just me but when the cup is empty or I just put water in it to blend for cleaning it goes on fine. I dunno it could ge the cups aren’t as durable and have been used too much. But I do still love this little ninja! I do definitely recommend it.

This product is easy to use but, I gave it 3 stars because the larger jug does not work as efficiently as the smaller jug. The motor isn't powerful enough plus there is only 1 setting. I tried to blend soaked lentils in the medium jug, it took some time to get the puree I wanted however, the small container worked well. I have not tried making oat flour yet- will see how that works. For the price not worth it.

Doesnt Work Well as a Chopper

I liked the idea of having 3 items in one with this, so I gave it a shot. The blender function is perfect as I expected. I have a Ninja blender and it has always outdone even the expensive brands. The food processer option also works well. My issue is with this being marketed as a chopper. I have used a Kitchen Aid mini 3 cup chopper since 2006. It was always a quick and efficient way to chop an onion, bell pepper, etc. It finally gave out on me so I needed a replacement. If you are like me and have used the other brand for years and loved it...just get a new one. I will keep this for the other functional parts and the fact that the price was so low.

Excellent

So easy to use, clean and handle! I have actually owned one before and wished I had never went to a different brand. I loaned my previous one to a friend and kept getting excuses on a return date. Obviously my used to be friend thought it was wonderful as well! Went with a cheaper brand and struggled for three years to get it to do what I wanted. So glad I actually found the exact model I had before and will never use again different brand or model again

Fantastic!

Got this set as a wedding gift almost 10 years ago. It has been great in every way. Looking to replace it now because the top is malfunctioning. It doesn't shut off so it stays on till you unplug it. My husband took it apart and said there's a spring inside that keeps slipping out of place. after this long im not mad at all. It had a good run! I'll probably buy another one.

Great Blender! Excellent Shower Gift Too

I've had this blender for years now and it works the same as the day I got it. Fantastic product, no issues at all over the years. Easy to use and easy to clean. Makes a great shower gift when paired with a bottle of margarita mix, salt rimmer and tequila. Makes fabulous smoothies, salsa, pasta sauces, baby food as well. Would definitely recommend, the quality is unrivaled.

Not a good fit for me

Huge. This is a set of 4 separate items, the base and three pitchers. The base loads each pitcher from the top, making adding items and ingredients difficult. The base is very heavy and took up too much counter space, and storing each pitcher also was hard to do. You have to have a very large kitchen to keep this thing together. Each pitcher has its own blade apparatus, again this is silly. One or two multi function blades seems to be much better. I only really wanted a blender for mixed frozen cocktails, and found this just to heavy, awkward and cumbersome to keep it. Returned it all and found a better multi speed blender that only has a base and a pitcher.

Second Unit Broken in less than a YEAR!

I bought my 1st blender in appr. Aug. 2020, and with everyone home and quarantined, I, like many people, focused on cooking, cleaning, etc. Towards the end of the year, while doing some holiday prep, my unit started making a strange sound and a plastic-y odor was in my kitchen. Turning the machine off, I saw the top of the blade 'stem had cracked off right where it connects to the motor / top! It was rendered unusable. Thinking it was just a fluke or something, but needing to continue what I was preparing, I brought it back to the store and they gave me an exchange. Fast-forward to end May 2021, and while I'm making a smoothie, the second unit breaks! Not loving Ninja Corp. right now, nor can I understand why the products are so popular, but from the other bad ... MoreI bought my 1st blender in appr.
