My son got this for a birthday present 9 years ago, and he used it daily till he got his tablet 6 years ago. Then he still used it several times a week up until he bought his own computer 2 years ago. He still plays it at least once a week. It hold a charge GREAT! Never had to replace anything on it even tho 7-15yo boys aren’t the easiest on stuff! This is a great little handheld system for a kid too young for an expensive handheld PS or something even more expensive. It’s still got a ton of good games. Right now my son is playing Zelda : Ocarina of Time and has had dozens and dozens of different ones over the years. Games are inexpensive, easy to find in game stores/pawn shops. Charger is very sturdy as it has been the same one this entire time as well. Screen is still relatively unscathed (small nicks here there so small they’re not visible to the camera of an iPhone 13 promax) and all the touch interfaces work perfectly. DEFINITELY a great buy for a game system handheld. My son says all the buttons are in just the right spot when playing too, making for a smooth gaming xp.

I love the DS my children have all grown up with DS and the ranges of games available are perfect as your child grows. The device is so easy / simple to use. As a parent you always worry about the content your children are viewing so it’s great that it has parental setting and you are in control of what your child are able to access. Perfect devices to take on the go and for your child and you to enjoy the games available. The size makes it portable and easy to store. The different colours also perfect to suit you or your child’s preferences making it more personal. You can also access the internet to download new games via the store. The only thing that I don’t like is the charging it’s not wireless yet!

The 3ds is a great system you can take on the go. The 3ds has a camera you can take pictures of your family or friends. It has a touch screen with a stylus where you can play touch screen related games on it. You can also play your games using the control pad and buttons. When you turn on the 3ds there a lot of apps to choose from, such as: the mii maker (where you can make miis), a photo album where you can view photos, an eshop, where you can purchase new games to play with and much more. There is a variety of 3ds games to choose from and not only that, but you can play your ds games on your 3ds too thanks to backwards compatibility. You can play with your family or friends with multiplayer games if they have a 3ds too. The 3ds is a fun system to play and enjoy I ... MoreThe 3ds is a great system you can take on the go. One of the key strengths of Nintendo products is their strong lineup of exclusive games and iconic franchises. From Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda to Pokémon and Animal Crossing, Nintendo has a rich library of beloved titles that have captivated players for generations. These games often embody Nintendo’s core values of creativity, accessibility, and family-friendly entertainment. Nintendo’s consoles are known for their user-friendly interfaces and intuitive controls. They prioritize gameplay experiences that are easy to pick up and play, catering to both casual gamers and seasoned players. The Joy-Con controllers of the Nintendo Switch, for instance, offer unique motion control capabilities, enhancing the immersive and interactive nature of certain games. Furthermore, Nintendo frequently embraces new and innovative technologies. With the Nintendo Switch, they introduced a hybrid console that seamlessly transitions between handheld and docked modes. This versatility has resonated with gamers, providing them with flexibility and the ability to play their favorite titles in various settings. Nintendo also places emphasis on local multiplayer and social gaming experiences. Their consoles often include features that allow friends and family to play together, fostering a sense of camaraderie and cooperative play. The Nintendo Switch, for example, supports local multiplayer with its detachable Joy-Con controllers, making it easy for multiple players to enjoy games simultaneously. However, it’s important to note that Nintendo’s consoles may have hardware limitations compared to competitors like PlayStation and Xbox in terms of graphics capabilities and processing power. Some third-party games may be optimized differently or have different features on Nintendo platforms. Additionally, the availability of certain games and features may vary between regions. In summary, Nintendo products are highly regarded for their unique and innovative approach to gaming. With a focus on creativity, accessibility, and family-friendly experiences, Nintendo has captured the hearts of players worldwide. Their exclusive games, intuitive controls, and versatile consoles have solidified Nintendo’s position as a leading brand in the gaming industry.
I'm absolutely thrilled with my Nintendo 3DS! The immersive 3D experience adds a whole new dimension to gaming. The extensive library of games offers something for everyone, from classics like "The Legend of Zelda" to innovative titles like "Animal Crossing." The dual screens provide a unique gameplay perspective, and the stylus control adds an extra layer of interactivity. The portability is a huge plus, allowing me to enjoy my favorite games on the go. The StreetPass and SpotPass features are ingenious, adding a social element that keeps me engaged even when I'm not actively playing. The battery life is decent, and the build quality is sturdy. All in all, the Nintendo 3DS has exceeded my expectations and delivered hours of entertainment. Five stars without a doubt!
Ive been in the video game scene my entire life. I went from Atari all through the ages, and i can tell you right now, this console changed the way handhelds have been looked at for generations. With Nintendo leading the way with handheld consoles, it should be no surprise that this console deserves the best rating... Right? Well, minus the 3D screen that enhances gameplay by making you feel like your "in the game" its pretty generic from its predecessors {ex. Nintendo DS, Nintendo DS lite, Nntendo DS XL, and even the Nintendo 2DS (to which I have also owned all of these throught my lifetime)}. I can confidently say that this product is a great purchase, however, with the new Nintendo Switch now it makes it a less eye catching device. I can confidently say that this product is a great purchase, however, with the new Nintendo Switch now it makes it a less eye catching device. If youre looking for aomething on a budget i would suggest the 2DS as it provides the same features minus the 3D screen, which in all fairness really strained your eyes after prolonged use. I rate it a 4 out of 5 simply for that reason. There are better devices today that just dont compare to it nowadays.
Many years back, my parents bought me one of these, a pink one. I loved it so much I took it everywhere with me. I never stopped playing it and treated it like my child lol. The games were good and the graphic were great for something that was made years ago. I would recommend this for younger children that want entertainment during car rides and screen time. It keeps them busy for hours on go. There are educational games includes a pen for brain teaser games. And in also connected to other DS. The buttons were a good sizing for little fingers and the screen was a perfect size for the little fingers. I highly recommend for children and adults.
The Nintendo 3DS is a portable device that provides quality entertainment. It has many functions that include playing games, watching videos, surfing the web and many others. The Nintendo 3DS has many perks. I will list just a few below. The first perk is it’s small and portable. The next perk is there are many games to choose from. You can even play Nintendo DS and Nintendo DSi games with the device. The last perk I will mention is the device is both kid and adult friendly. Wether you are going on a roadtrip or just want to pass the time you need a Nintendo 3DS. I definitely recommend it.
The good: The Nintendo 3DS provides an impressive 3D gaming experience without the need for special glasses. There's a 3D effect slider, it shoots and displays 3D photographs with its dual back-facing cameras, and it has a single front-facing camera. The 3DS comes preinstalled with a bevy of software and StreetPass and SpotPass services, and it comes with a drop-and-charge dock. Internet connectivity includes the eShop, Virtual Console, video marketplace, Internet browsing functionality, DSiWare transferring, and Netflix support. Two years after its launch, the 3DS has matured into a great portable gaming system with a steadily increasingly library of worthy titles. The disappointing low-resolution lenses on the 3DS provide grainy photos. The 3D effect can cause headaches for some, and it can "snap out" because of sensitive viewing angles and games that encourage movement. The 3DS also has a very short battery life.
I bought this for the fun of trying out something new and I like it a lot. I've been playing with this amazing Travel size console for the past few months. It makes car rides, road trips, and long waits bearable and fun! I enjoy that the Nintendo 3DS offers a 3-D experience without any potentially negative effects of typical 3-D viewing/gaming. I enjoy the audio aspects of this consel. The sound is clear and precise, no garbled noise. The graphics are very realistic. I also enjoy the feature that plays music and an animation when I hover over an app, it's quite unique. I would absolutely recommend the Nintendo 3DS to everyone ages 6 and up.
