An incredible set up from the previous game in the series, this one is so full of life and charm on a whole new level! Plenty of places to explore, loot to plunder and enemies to take out. The soundtrack is an absolute banger too. Runs smoothly on Switch and the visuals are crisp! Get it MEOW!!

Very simple, but fun game. A throwbwck to the SNES/ Genesis days.
I played this through to completion with my son and we both had a great time. We can't wait for the next installment. Our one minor critique would be that the game felt shorter than the last Cat Quest. We loved the main story, bevy of side quests, and variety of equipment and magic to use. Special shoutout to the ability to sail around in this story as it made this Cat Quest unique in its own way.
I enjoy the series, I have played the previous games. I like that is a simple game to enjoy and release some stress

It's not longer than CQ2 and can be 100% completed in maybe a good long day. In terms of balance, it's done a bit better than the first two. But still just like the first two, I found myself steamrolling through everything after I find a good item. I'd be taking down fleets of ships with my paws. I think it's just the nature of the game that it ramps up so quickly and is so fast-paced. It has a New Game+, which uncaps weapon levels by 100 each time you play through it, so there's at least SOME replayability, but I can't help but feel like it gets stale after a couple of NG+ run throughs.
