Nintendo Switch : Bluey: The Videogame - Switch VideoGames Pre-Owned

Together with my wife and kids (ages 8 and 7), we absolutely love the game. Unlocking all the levels may happen quicker than most may like, but I think it does a great job hooking the attention of the main audience (children). There is also more to the levels than simply completing them. There are hidden items throughout the levels, which instantly made me, as the main gamer of the family, want to accomplish the game with 100% of everything discovered. I find myself returning to the Bluey Video Game with my kids just to break up the day and to have that bonding moment with them. Their reaction to seeing the characters and finding the hidden items is gold. As a Bluey and video game loving household, I find this game is a must-have for the fans! I have included a couple of shots of gameplay from the actual game to give an idea of what it looks like. For those having difficulty obtaining the game through influenster, the redemption is slightly confusing. The code is to be used on your gaming account even though it takes you to a "store" website. It took me a couple of failed attempts trying to purchase from a store to realize the code is to be used on your gaming console account (Xbox live, Nintendo online, etc.)

Bluey is a video game with colorful graphics geared towards preschool age, to realistically, about 1st grade. The tasks are designed to challenge kids to think about doing something, before they actually do it. I thought it was nice to see a game for children that shows how a family could work together in a positive way to get things accomplished. It was cute to see how mom dad complimented each other, along with complimenting the child’s character after completing a project. Cash grab!

Where to start? It really seems to me like the company pushed for release thinking little kids would not notice the defects/bugs OR the manufacturer has a poor QA team/no QA team. My 5 year old finished this game within a week of getting it. She was so excited to complete the picture because she thought it would unlock more episodes. When she finally completed the picture and there weren’t any new activities she was very disappointed. $40 for a game that didn’t last more than a week with defects/bug- so much regret! There’s a few defects/bugs in this game, like how your character randomly turns invisible or one character is stuck in a tree in the distance making it impossible to get a piggyback ride from them. Don't waste your money

Ugh, what a bummer. This game was clearly rushed—it’s glitchy, short, and most annoyingly, can only be played with the joycons detached, meaning the game cannot be played in handheld mode. Either you have to set your switch up on a tabletop and play that way, or docked and on the TV. Not sure why they made that decision, but it’s frustrating because we share one TV in our house. My 5yo can easily play Mario Kart and Animal Crossing, but finds the controls on the Bluey game to be really frustrating. Also, sometimes when she’s in the middle of one of the game “tasks” a cutscene will start at random and auto complete whatever she was doing. It’s simply not a well thought out game, and honestly I expected better from the brand, and especially at this price point. Not ... MoreUgh, what a bummer. Give This Game A Chance!

I don’t understand all the hate for this game!! It’s darling to play as the characters and explore the house, yard, park, etc. I will say, we didn’t have any glitches that impacted game play (or caused ANY frustration). Our girls are 9 and 7, and our youngest played as Bingo. (We were also prompted to download an update before playing, so maybe it was fixed and give it another try?!) Was the game short? The two of them even played “pretend” in the boards and made their own little episode. (Of course this isn’t “real life”… they just used their imagination as they followed each other through the free play areas.) For our girls, this game was a major hit. I, personally, would have enjoyed a more in-depth, longer game (where families can figure out things together). But then again… the game isn’t for me (I’m 40)… it’s for our girls—and they give it 5 Stars! I think it’s worth buying for any kid who loves Bluey. It makes the world they love come to life.

Great for any Bluey Fan!

Overall a very good game! I've been seeing a lot of mixed feedback on this new Bluey videogame so when it came in the mail today I was nervous about what our experience would be. I was actually very surprised! My son really is enjoying this game. There are a few things to keep in mind before purchasing though. We got this game on sale for $24 which I feel is a great price point for what the game is. On the upside, kids can choose between Bluey, Bingo, Mom, or Dad before the game starts. The game feels like interactive episodes of Bluey which I thought was a great mix between storymode and freeplay. I loved that the voices sounded orignal as well as the background music. Aside from unlocking locations, you child will unlock games like "Keepy Uppy" that they can go back and play again and again. There are also fun "dress up" items that you unlock along the way! On the downside, the characters at times would glitch/get stuck. The game seems to lag a bit when you first turn it on and "press A" to start. This is a fairly short game which is great for smaller kids, but it will be finished within a couple of hours. Overall, I highly recommend this game even with the small bugs that are present. I'm sure in time those will get ironed out. Bluey the videogame is just as bright and colorful as the acutal show that creates a fun, immersive experience for any Bluey fan!

Little Kids

I love this game for my 4 year old. Yes, it is glitchy. The fun that she has with it outweighed the glitchyness for my granddaughter. Simple tasks for PreK to K kids. Experienced gamers stay away. The game has a number of stickers to collect for 4 main adventures, but there are other levels of game that you must collect stickers and costumes for the characters and earn access to games that promote simple gaming skills. Even if you revisit the same level, you still have numerous skills to practice, like sliding and collecting items to win other unique stickes to expose a hidden surprise... if someone collected all of those stickers in one day inside each play area, they were probably not a little inexperienced kid. Would be fun, if it worked

My 4 year old was so excited to get this at Christmas only to be disappointed. It's a fun game, until it isn't. It glitches to where a player is stuck in a wall, won't let you through an area you just went and your stuck and can't move, ect. The last straw we couldn't complete a task because it just wouldn't let us. He tried for 5. minutes so I tried and just wouldn't move the object in the creek. Restarted the game and it worked until we had to move another rock to build a stairs and after both trying for 15 minutes and doing exactly as we were suppose to we shut it off. Really wishing we could return, not worth the price at all. So at this point just hoping the do an update to the game and we can play. [Rewarded Review] Great concept very poor execution

We wanted to love this game as we are big fans of bluey. The game was very very disappeared we hope this review saves another child from the same disappoint daughter experienced. She got this game as a Christmas present and was so excited to try it out with her 3 friends. The graphics are cute like the show, the characters voices are spot on and the concept was there (albeit the skill level is definitely more for a beginner to games versus my gamer daughter lol) started out the game and immediately started having issues with glitches, bugs, and game freezing to the point of having to keep restarting the whole game over & over…Aaaaand OVER.We looked so forward to this game and we’re very very sadly disappointed especially at the cost of $40.
